My Motherland

I love my country Zambia
I am committed to move it forward--
In the areas of good governance and national building
I may go out to another country as visitor--
In pursuit of noble goals for advancement of our nation
I will get knowledge and wealth to supplement our national economy--
From being a consumer market to a manufacturing oriented economy
I love my motherland Zambia--
I aim at the promotion and building our peaceful nation
I will die a little for my motherland Zambia

Decision Timeflame

Too early
At least timely
Maybe too late

Peer Pressure

In high school, he was ridiculed,
for his stance on alcohol, drugs and sex.
He was mocked of his bold decision,
He was pressured to try drugs, sex,
smoking and alcohol.
He was forced to do many things contrary,
to school regulations.
But he took precautions into consideration,
and being exceedingly tactful against pressure.
Having goals about what he wanted to do with his life,
and working towards achieving those goals.
His manner of life at school was to treasure himself first,
to respect his body, and not to harm himself__
He had one body which he treated with respect,
He did not waste his time on unnecessary things;
a short term solution to ruin his life.
He had alternatives from doing bad things
that will bring him down.
He was busy___still socialise,of course,in health ways:
such as sports, community ,and church projects.
Volunteer work provided him more incentives,
to gain personal enrichment from serving others.
Nobody prevailed to force him to do something,
he did not like to do,
He took a bold stand which was important,
and earned him respect.

Slum Dwellers

Rapid urbanisation of the last century
causes more slums to mushroom
in the major cities of the world
particularly in developing countries.
Unplanned townships make it difficult
for government to plan for better
service delivery such as roads,
electricity,health,water and sanitation.
Local planning authorities should halt
illeagal allocation of land which leads
to the proliferation of slums.
Government should keep planning
for the poor;and must find better
solutions of phasing out slums
which have characterised many
towns and cities of the world.
And slums lie on a GOLDMINE
(PRIME LAND)which can
generate great wealthy
for poorer communities.

-jail-Bird's-Prayer

Oh Lord,forgive the arresting officer
who first caught me when I committed crime__
for destroying my future.
Again,I pray to blindfold the inspector of police__
that He may order police officers to delete my
picture and name from the 'wanted persons list'__
Also, make lazy police officers assigned to arrest
me from my hiding place__
Jail changed my life!

Children of Nowadays

More Social Media, TV and VIDEO GAMES, Less House Chores and Outdoor Activities! Playing is Greater than Working, Shame!
A few of them work, but most of them are busy watching films and playing games on phones and other gadgets.

Graduation Ceremony

I imagine attending a colorful graduation ceremony at the college or university.
After attending my mind is stuck with a lot of queries:
Would graduates cultivate in themselves attributes of entrepreneurs,to think outside the box?
Were graduates tipped to be innovative, self-motivated, willing to take greater risks in
their fields?
Would graduates go into industry to add value in the economy sector, after being equipped with suitable skills?
Could the skills they have acquired be able to sustain them and support their families
with or without formal employment?
Would graduates narrow the skills gap that has existed in the industry?
Did lecturers expose graduates to both technical and entrepreneurship skills during
their training?
Would graduates be entrepreneurs who will constantly create and grow business ventures, thereby creating employment and incomes in the economy?
Could graduates embrace the intelligence of the labor force, and start running viable growth-oriented ventures as a career alternative?
Could they survey key industries, organizations, family and friends already in business ventures?
Would they start up their own business ventures, provided they have access to support and other requisites?
Could graduates blend various fields with entrepreneurship sustainability to overcome unemployment levels?
Could graduates separate what's important from what's irrelevant to make
achievement in life?
Could they be confident, pro-active,decisive and energetic in their endeavors?
Would they be hardworking, firmly decided, continue in spite of opposition or difficulty,
and have the ability to see clearly?

Confessions of a White Sheep

TRANSLATION: White sheep is deemed to be spotless
                        and blameless which depicts holiness.
                        But now,listen from the confession box;

Oh Lord! You know me,and my trespasses!

I been involved in money laundering, embezzlement,
 and abuse of office!

I demand respect without practice of self-limitation,
 humbleness and modesty!

I am the one who bewitched brother X,
because I was scared of his popularity at church!

I have the habit of deserting my spouse,
and engage in extra marital affairs!

I have helped young girls to abort unwanted pregnancies,
 using very powerful medicines!

I have produced and distributed pornographic materials
[indecent, obscene and offensive] to the general public!

I have sexually abused boys and girls for many years,
 at church and my workplace!

I been involved in internet scams for so long,
robbing people their hard earned money!

I have been initiated in satanism since childhood,
for protection, promotion at work and boosting my business!

I have offered tithes and offerings to support rebel groups,
that terrorize innocent people especially women and children!

I have been supporting the gang of robbers that rob rich people,
to plead not guilty to theft!

I have been acting as chief advisor to the leaders of drug dealing,
 prostitution and human trafficking!

All I NEED IS YOU LORD TO CREATE IN ME A CLEAN HEART!
