Today Is Gone

Today I saw my life pass me by
I saw my first steps
My first kiss, he was much cuter when we where little kids
I saw my first day of Kindergarten, Junior and High school, I cant believe I used to
wear that
I saw me going on my first date
And then going to prom with him
Then breaking up because he wanted to just be friends,
And how I cried for days
Graduation soon came and how I missed my friends over the years
Then college where I meet my true love, after many misses
I Gaduated then was soon married the following December
We had twin girls then fell in love and adopted a little boy and soon came another
boy
I remember seeing them all take there first steps and seeing my two little girls go
to kindergarten
But that’s where my life ends,
Someone took one to many drinks,
“I was only buzzed though.” I heard him say as they walked him passed me,
while I and my youngest son lay under white sheets
I said good-bye to my girls and husband while they where in the operating room
My son Nathan cried when I told he couldn’t stay in Heaven with James, Jesus
and I
Three lives lost today two without a memory to remember

I Said Good-Bye

Today I had to say Good-Bye
Good-Bye to a friend
Good-Bye to a classmate
Good-Bye to a brother
Good-Bye to a child
A child who shouldn't have died
"Not this young" I keep saying
I said good-bye today

Good-Bye to a young life
A young life gone to fast
To fast to live life to the fullest
I didn't want to say good-bye
It would have made there lifes final,
when I said good-bye today
I knew there lifes would be over when I said,
Good-Bye

Good-Bye to a friend
Good-Bye to a classmate
Good-Bye to a brother
Good-Bye to a child

I wish I hadn't said Good-Bye today,
But I had to say
Good-Bye!

Help Anyone, Help Anybody

Does anyone care?
Does anybody know how I feel?
Does anybody want to help?
HELP ME?
I'm crying out and I feel like no one
HELP ME?
Does anybody love me?
Does anybody want to help me?
HELP ME, please HELP!!
Is any one out there going to care?
Is anybody going to help?
Please HELP me PLEASE!
Does anyone care If I go or not?
I need someone to care
I need someone to love
Most important
I need someone to
HELP ME!!!

Until

Until the light comes for me
I will not stop trying to make you see
Until my heart stops beating
My faith will not be lost in you
Until my eyes see his
I will not stop preaching
Until I lose hope
My hope for your soul will not be lost
Until you see the reasons why
I will not stop telling you the reasons why
Until you are there with my
I will not stop loving you
Until you grab my hand
I will not stop reaching
Until you start seeing
I will not stop preaching
Until you start learning
I will not stop teaching
Until you start feeling and seeing his love
I will not stop showing his love
Until you know his love
I will not stop telling you his love
Until you know him
I will not stop showing him to you
When you know him
WE will finally see him
Until then i will pray to him
So that you wont find him to late.

My Angel

The love of the world
I give to you
I will shield you
from the worlds harm
My Dreams
I pass onto you
My future of the world
I want you to have
I know that you
will shape my future,
and the hope of the world
You will be my deepest hope
My greatest love
And forever you will be
Mine
My Angel
My Angel forever

One Year Later

One year has past scenes that frightful day
That day when we woke and saw that it wasent a dream
Thousands had died, for no reason.

We lost innocent children our mothers, fathers, grandparents, everyone
Including a little peice of ourself.

Everyone lost someone on that day
that day taht we wish was still a dream.
In a year we still havn't forgotten that we were changed
Changed forever, in one minute
In that year that had passed
we have lost more friends then ever before
And even more of ourselfes

In the year that has passed
We have come together to mourn,
And rejoice for the people that are still alive
From that frightfull day.

In the years to come we will slowly recover
We will slowly put it in the back of our minds,
As we learn how to deal with the pain that came that morning,
Untill that day we go.
But we will never forget or fully forgive

Wish

Each Snowflake that falls
is a wish to come true
A wish that turns into a thousand
A simple wish that was granted by God
to a simple child who needed to be a child again
Who needed to play
Who needed a more powerful wish
A child that couldn't go out and play
A child that could only watch
 the other children play
and wish
h on every snowflake as he watched
them fall slowly to the ground
Wishing that he would be here
to see the next snowflake
or the next snow day
or watch the snow fall to the ground again
And his biggest wish
To go and play in the freshly fallen,
soft silky snow

Please

My Heart Breaks
Every time I look into their eyes.
I know you’re here,
I feel your lips upon mine
every time my heart breaks.
I know you watch over them,
But
Do you see the pain you brought by leaving us?
Do you see the wonder, that they want to know, in there eyes?
The Questions that they want answered?
Why you?
Why God?
The night bring on more questions,
that they want answered.
Please mend my broken heart.
Please stop the wondering building in there eyes.
Please answer the questions they need answered.
Please still be with us, Forever.

Enemy?

I'm setting in my room crying again
I watched the news again to night
I saw children being killed because they where to close
To close to our soldiers.
All they wanted was candy!
Candy that they never got to taste.
12 innocent children lost today.
Just so that they can kill you soldier.

You say that were the enemy,
that we don't need to be there,
that we need to mind our own business.
I cry out loud," how can you say that?"
How many harmless innocent children,
have we killed, just to kill ONE of you?
Where not here to hurt you.
Where here to protect those 12 children,
the ones you just killed.
We failed our job today,
but you succeeded in yours,
Congratulations you killed 1 of us!
Now I ask,
Who's the enemy in this War?
