Our Day

As the sun rises warming up my face
I cannot help but to be excited
On this day our wedding
I cannot help but feel surreal
To know our love you can hear
To become your wife, is a dream come true
Knowing we will start a life so new
Putting on this dress down to my feet
Oh, how I cannot wait for us to meet
Twelve is hear
I am almost near
As the bridesmaids walk down the isle
I cannot help but to cry
The doors open, I see you
So sexy in that nice new suit
Feeling those butterflies
I am so high
The man of my dreams
I can see is you
all I can say is “yes I do”
To feel your warms lips against mines
Leaving the world behind
To love forever
And always together
Hand and hand
Wife and man
As we smile 
Our parents so proud
This is what I hoped for and even more
This cannot be replaced and never erased 
You I vow to love
And place no one above
On this our day that no one can take away
With all my love to you I may
On this our wedding day

Missing You

As you know, I am grown
I hope you can see 
That I try to be what you want me to be
Not having you around makes me frown
You were my heart
I hate that we had to part
I know you want me to be happy
Now how can that happen?
I wish I had more time
To spend with you
To cure my lost love blues
Almost six years now
 I miss you more then ever
Maybe one day we can be together
Therefore, I send this up to you
In hopes that it reaches you
So grandpa if you hear me thinking
For you this poem I am making
To let you know that you are missed

I Love U

Just one look in your eyes, all my worries seem to subside. To have you by my 
side, always taking me for a ride.
You and me, Like two peas in a pod. Knowing what the other one is thinking. I 
love you. I just wanted to let you know that. With you love will never die. I am glad 
that I am your wife and you are my husband. Things have been going so well. I 
am glad that we are getting it together. I just want you to know 
that I am here for you. I know at times that I can be a pain; all I am asking is for 
you to bear with me. I love you with all my heart. That will never change. 
My love for you will always stay the same

What are feelings?
Time and Time again
I let you hurt my feelings
Trying to make you happy
To be your one true love
Still it is not enough
Longing for your touch
And feeling of love so true
 Is that enough I ask myself
Maybe it is not my walk or my talk

Love

Can you see me calling out to you?
Why is it I can't feel you
Why does it take me forever to find you?
However, when I do you break my heart
Why do I keep coming back?
Is it from the high I get when I know you are around?
Or is it the taste you leave in my mouth.
Why is it that I want you around?
When I know you will disappointment me
How can I survive knowing who you are
Why does it not stop me from wanting you in my arms?
Am I crazy, I guess I am?
Who cannot say they do not want you
To tell you the truth I cannot help not touching you

Friendship

What is friendship just a word
Or a sense unheard
Can you touch it?
Call it
Hold it
What is friendship?
I think know
So let me blow
It is when you
Show that you care
Even when you are not there
To always, be true
Even when your are blue
To never have an attitude
and never be rude
To not frown
When I am not around
To never some timing
When the time is right for you
To be understanding and quick to not judge
And always going out for fudge
To be my sister
Lost at birth
And together we will share the earth
So what is friendship I ask myself?
Something that is given I hope
Shared for the world to see

As I sit looking out the window watching the autumn leaves
I cannot help but to think about all the wonderful times we had
When I felt my lowest, you made me happy
Oh, how I wish I had those days again
To know that you are watching me
Makes me feel better
One day I will see you again

A Promise

A promise to myself
Is what I would like to make
To love and honor everyday
A promise to be there for myself
When I am put to the test
When my day goes, bad and I hate myself
To let myself know that I matter
To make my life better 
In any kind of weather
This is not a resolution
But a solution
To bring myself up
And fill up life’s cup
So as I live my life 
With all the strives
A promise I make today
Because for my life
