Water coming down extra hard
No umbrella or shield can act as your guard
It's called showers of blessing
No need to be worried or start stressing
Be prepared put your catchers mitten on and start catching
They coming right for you no need for fetching
They seem to come all at the same time
Leaving you with that should I take this one or should I decline
Scratching your head thought process heavy
Over excitement got your palms sweaty
Trying to grab all you can
In the same token you trying to understand
Why you the question you ask
It's your time you completed your task
Never ask question about the blessing you receive
They came from something you achieve
Why should you get overlook from doing something you believe
Preparing yourself is all you can do
Blessing after blessing is an award from him to you

Having trust is something you lack
Throughout your life people stabbed you in the back
Who could you blame because you gave people your all
When they fall flat on their face you the first one they call
Through all the hurt they have cause
You still manage to put your hurt heart on pause
So selfish and naive is the role they play
You are the child of god at the end they will pay
Never ask question on the gut feeling you get
They setting fire to they flame and waiting to get pushed in the pit
Beating yourself up is a no no god got your back
Trust slowly fading like an old picture hanging on a wall from a tack
Heart pumping mind all confused
Feelings being thrown around like a rag doll that's old and misused
Putting your mind, body, and soul out for all to see
Heart hurting and all no trust is what it turns out to be
That person they said they will never miss when him/her is gone
Pack their bags, change the locks, as well as the number to your phone
Don't look back it's their lost
Trust is something a person earn by faith not by cost.

Awww screaming sometimes help the soul
Shivering from your body being bare in the cold
Feet hitting the pavement at a fast pace
Hiding your teeth because there's no smile on your face
Trying not to have your head hung low
Shrugging your shoulders throwing up your hands shaking your head no
Yes sometimes your smile be big and bright
Swinging from the branches of the tree called life
Being single is the happy way not trying to be a wife
Don't have to answer to anyone but the one above
He can be your husband, boyfriend, maybe your first love
Never give up on the dreams you seek
Make the best of it all it's okay to peek
Life to short for you not to do what you desire
Headaches now a days have become everyone frequent flyer
So much out there for you to achieve
The ball in your cart all you have to do is believe
Screaming at the top of your lungs for all to hear
Goals have been met glasses raised toast and cheer.
