A Dream of a Poet

My Dream is to reach out and inspire others no matter your color
You all are my sisters and brothers
I want to encourage them and remind them there  is hope you don't have to take your life with a rope or turn to dope
Yes we all have to struggle yes we all have been through the rain
Soon the storm will end then that's when your new life can begin
I have faith that we will win
We have to take this stand together
No I am not living in a fantasy world or using my imagination
I am trusting our number one creation he never said it would be easy he said just trust and believe in he, this is my dream that I am bringing into reality
You all will soon be set free
From all the heart ache and pain
There will be no more chains
Holding you back from your destiny
We all have to find our own identity

Champion

Life is like boxing—
You’ll face the hits, endure the falls,
Go through the training, and rise through it all.
You’ll get knocked down more times than you’d like,
But each fall teaches you how to fight.

Eventually, you grow tired of the ground,
So you learn to block, to stand your ground.
Every punch that once knocked you flat
Starts to miss, because you’ve mastered the comeback.

Yes, you’ll stumble, you’ll falter, you’ll sway,
But that’s just part of finding your way.
In the end, it’s not about being the best—
It’s about showing up, giving your best.

And when the final round is through,
You’ll be the champion—standing tall, standing true.

Pressure

If you keep putting pressure on a tire without proper care, it will eventually wear out. Tires endure storms and rough roads, but if they're not maintained or replaced when needed, they'll wear down until the tread shows. At some point, they can no longer serve their purpose. Life is much the same. No matter what storms you face, don't give up on yourself. Stop allowing people to walk over you, and don't feel guilty for walking away from things that no longer serve your purpose. Like that worn-out tire, you have the power to stop the wear and tear. Take back your joy, peace, and happiness. Don't let people offering counterfeit love stop you from loving again. Take care of yourself, protect your heart, and move forward with purpose.
