Joe Hinojosa Poem
IN LOVE WITH A WOMEN WHO DIDNT LOVE ME...
BLOOD, SWEAT, TEARS IS WHAT SHE WANTED IT TO BE.
I COULDNT LIVE WITHOUT HER, SHE DIDNT CARE WHO I WAS...
I GUESS YOU CAN SAY, SHE WAS LIKE A DRUG.
I NEEDED HER SO BAD I WOULD STAY AWAKE FOR DAYS...
SHE WOULD LOVE ME AND LEAVE ME TRAPPED IN A MAZE.
I WOULD WAKE UP IN SWEATS ON THE DEATH OF MY BED...
SHE WAS THE LOVE OF MY LIFE, ENGRAVED IN MY HEAD.
SHE USED ME AND ABUSED ME, BUT I WANTED HER MORE...
WHEN SHE WANTED TO LEAVE, I WOULD LOCK EVERY DOOR.
WE WOULD FIGHT IN THE NIGHT, AND MAKE LOVE IN OUR PAIN...
THESE EYES REALIZED SHE WAS MAKING ME INSANE.
I WAS ADDICTED TO HER WAYS AND HOW SHE MADE ME FEEL...
IN A WORLD SO FAKE, SHE MADE MY WORLD SO REAL.
SHE UNDERSTOOD MY PAIN AND HELD ME THROUGH THE NIGHT...
ONE DOSE OF HER LOVE, ONE DOSE OF HER LIFE.
I LOOKED IN THE MIRROR AND SEEN THE BEAST I WAS...
IT WAS ME ALL ALONG, AND I WAS LIKE HER DRUG.
I CAUSED HER MUCH PAIN, HER TEARS FELL LIKE THE RAIN...
WITHOUT HER PICKING ME UP I WOULDNT BE THE SAME.
SHE WAS THERE WHEN I NEEDED HER, I WAS BLIND TO SEE...
SHE WAS IN LOVE WITH MY LIES, GOD PLEASE FORGIVE ME.
SHE STOOD BY MY SIDE EVEN WHEN I DIED...
I CAME BACK TO SHOW HER I NEEDED HER HIGH.
THE REASON FOR LIVING, UNDERSTAND MY FORGIVING...
I WANT YOU IN MY LIFE, ONLY IF YOUR WILLING.
FOREVER MY LOVE OVERDOSE TILL DEATH...
SHE IS MY 'CRYSTAL METH'!!!

Joe Hinojosa Poem
trapped in a dream forever i was gone
a mind of deception a love that was strong
my back against the wall with stabs to the heart
my love, my life,,has driffted apart
you say you love me, i can hear the lie
you say, you don't lie, but the angels cry
they cry a sunny day, cause it hurts so bad
in this time in our life we feel so sad
were lost in a maze trying to find eachother
lost like a child with no warmth of a mother
i wanna die cause i hate this life
i close my eyes and fight this life
my world has falling and i lost a friend
please help me god, so i can breath again

Joe Hinojosa Poem
a kiss on the way to work...
as the morning birds chirp...
you say a little prayer, as what its worth
coffee, cream, two sugars, to get your day going...
good hair, beautiful make up, you cant stop glowing
you check your rear view miriors,as you turn your ignition on...
you put your car in reverse, listening to your favorite song
you honk at your neighbors,as they softly wave bye...
you think to yourself, i have the greatest life
you get to work and there's roses on your desk...
attached was a note that you, patiently read
"your lovely, then a rose bush garden that blooms in the spring"
"so i handpick them all, my love, my life, my everything"
at that very moment you feel so alone...
so you rush through your day and can't wait to get home
five o clock comes and you rush out the door...
your so nervous and unpatient, your keys fall to the floor
you stop at a light and the light stays red...
as you turn to your left, theres a gun to your head
she had a choice to take the express way, but the backroad was faster...
in just one sec she was caught in a terrible disaster
he shot her in the head and stole her purse...
for just ten dollars her life was what it's worth
the guy eventually got caught,
and i want you all to know this
he needed the money just to buy his wife, some roses!!!!

Joe Hinojosa Poem
my boyfriend,s cheating
my heart stop beating
my brother,s car wrecked
and he's no longer breathing
my dad's on drugs and he beats my mom
because the flashbacks he had, in veitnaum
i love a women, but she don't love me
it leaves me pondering with, curisoity
every day we fight for love
the situation were facing, will never give up
our dreams one day will become so true
and you will realize how much, "i love you"
so for now, ill keep reaching for your touch
cause at the end of the day, were still "fighting for love"

Joe Hinojosa Poem
what words can bring you sensation,
is the love you behold worth chasing
only time will tell destination,
and life is a thought of imagination,
the wind beneath your beautiful dress,
your hair in the breeze, so close to perfect
like walking on the clouds, with the person you love,
you made my life stop, with just a hug
the love we both made, just wasn't enough,
your hands were soft just like a dream,
your eyes into mine, like a star that gleams
your words would take me far away,
..............to a land where our love never stayed
you lied and I CRIED and caused me pain,
you told me you loved me and left me to die,
my soul in a cage, with blood in my eyes,
no chance, no romance, my life as a man,
her life as a woman, that don't understand,
the meaning of love, just wasn't enough
i just don't understand, why our time gave up,
why we lost our touch, and all so much,
..............as our hearts await, to beat much, faster,
you'll always remain a beautiful disaster

Joe Hinojosa Poem
I use to lay in my bed and stare at the moon
Wondering who you were and hoping I'd meet you soon,
There was someone out there for me and for you
As I thought in my head while still staring at the moon,
The moon was beautiful, so white, so glistening
Wishing upon the stars I would hope you were listening,
I would cry and a tear would fall from my eye
Thinking the moon was so precious upon the clear blue sky,
I waited for night, cause the moon was my light
I couldn't wait to see the beauty upon my sight,
Night after night the moon was my passion
I wanted you in my arms, just a little I was asking,
The moon was still there shining way up above
All I wanted was to give you the power of love,
I finally found you and we'll be together soon
That night, I stopped staring at the moon,
Two months later I glanced at the sky
The moon was gone, I thought to myself why,
Later on that night, I looked upon your sight
And saw the moon, in your beautiful eyes.

Joe Hinojosa Poem
What am i?...
awake by hate
an angels mistake
no fate, no color, no race
just a face that's misplaced
with no dream to be chased....
why must i be unfree to disease
someone help me to believe
to breath in belief i exist to achieve
the thought i hoped is no longer in me....
scared and dispaired, disapointed unfair
a hole in my soul, through darkness and air
you to compare, the damage is rare
rigamortise of death is finally there....
what are we forcing facing distortion
what we believed is no longer important
paint me a portrait in life in assortment
and what has begun is only a portion
cause what iam.... is a teenage abortion.

Joe Hinojosa Poem
the day i was born
my life in scorn...
what path do i lead
what words will be sworn...
no hope in my heart
just the day we will we mourn...
in the blood of my brothers a message shall be warned.
no future to behold
my story will be told...
no words of the mental
just a poet in gold...
with a soul that will glow
like a fire in the snow...
the ones we believe in,are the ones we let go.
no racing the clock
for one day will stop...
no image to renew
much people forgot...
the suffering that dropped
the demons will rot...
and the fire in the snow, will only get hot.
we remain in the fire
and urge for desire...
we will drown in the lake
that only gets higher...
and bleed with the lier
that made us the crier...
down to the wire, we die in the fire
burned for the love, from your secret admirer.

Joe Hinojosa Poem
I must of wished upon a million stars and hoped on many things
The love that I was looking for couldn't compare to my every dream, The one girl I wanted was a mirage to my every thought
The one feeling I felt, the most I realized couldn't stop,
I would look upon the midnight stars where love was just a blur
Laying back in bed wondering who you were,
As my days and nights passed, I could feel the love fade
I started to realize, the girl of my dreams was never made,
I patiently waited, but my appearance was lonely
I started to realize, I was my one and only,
Nobody would accept me or look my way
So I feel to my knees and started to pray,
Dear God, I guess I wasn't meant for love or love wasn't meant for me I just wanted that special someone, who I could say was meant to be, I thank you Lord for all the blessings you gave
But the love that didn't exist, was something, I took to my grave.

Joe Hinojosa Poem
so far away, noone will no, across the fairytale river, into the snow,
flying so high, reaching for heaven, i met with the angels to get some blessing, I jumped from the clouds into the ocean, I rode on a heart that was never broken,
I swam threw the middle with the greatest whale, we jumped high in the sky and i never fell,
it was a world beyond our imagination, dreams that exist as our breath is taken, eyes of the soul that could see the world, our life is a treasure, and our heart is a pearl,
none of this really happen, as you can tell, but I'm known, as the kid, with the soul of a fairy tale.
