I Am the Boss

I AM THE BOSS HE SAID WITH A GRUNT I CAN FISH AND I CAN HUNT

I EARN THE CASH TO KEEP YOU FED

I FIX THE CAR AND PAT YOUR HEAD

I AM THE MAN CANT YOU SEE

IF NOT ME WHERE WOULD YOU BE

I AM THE BOSS AND ITS NO LIE

BUT ITS YOUR JOB TO COOK TO FRY

TO WASH TO CLEAN AND KEEP ME FED

TO MAKE A PLACE FOR ME TO LAY MY HEAD

I AM THE BOSS YOU ARE MY WIFE

THE WAY IT WILL BE TILL THE END OF MY LIFE

I Have a Heart

I have a heart its in its place
and beats real hard to see your face
it breaks real fast and beats real slow
it needs my breath to keep a flow
I NEED I WANT I FEEL I CRY

Missing You

My dear son what can i say
i miss you more and more each day
wish you were here next to me
not half way across the sea
i know it must be hard for you
your life feels like your in a zoo
mommy cant be there to comfort you
and in time you will see
it was the best move to do
we will meet again
some where some how
and till we do
just remember mommy loves you

My Dear Love

love you more and more each day
I know your not perfect
But you are in my eyes
We all make mistakes
I have made a few
I need you to know I forgive you
I want you in my life
Would die without you
From this day forward
Want to experience
Happiness sadness
I know its going to be a rough road
Not always black and white
But I am willing to go this road with you
Till the day I die

Belonging

Iwant to die she said with a sigh
i dont belong here but i dont know why
to live on this earth is such a chore
i dont want to be here anymore
it is peaceful with no pain
to live on that heavenly plain
so take me home dear god i pray
do not waste another day
heaven is the place to be
take me home dear god take me

My Past

My past is a man that saved my life
when i was a child would have diedwithout him
he made me strongand gave me kids
but we were not meant to be
i always knew he was not mine
but i clutched to him like a daughter
to a father
and for twenty years of laughter and tears
the fights we used to have
but alot of happy too
my love for him was as a childs love
try as i did to love like a wife i could not
so my dear past i kissyou goodbye
for now its time for me to fly
to spread my wings and go into the future
with my beloved soulmate
i will always remember the love you gave unselfishly and never forget
cause you are my friend my first my saviour

Ask Me Why

Ask me why i will tell the truth
ask me why the sky is blue
ask me why your hair is brown
or why your eyes wrinkle when you frown
ask me why alot i dont know
learning everyday as you grow
for i am your mother and you my gurl
the apple of my eye my gem my pearl
ask me why i will try my best
to answer your question with no jest
i know you think i rule the world
but one day you will have a gurl
and she will ask mommy why
you will struggle but will try
to keep her thinking you are her world
and for ever mommys gurl

Life

Life in my words is unpredictable
one day its bad one day is good
it could take you to heaven
or keep you in hell
and it always keeps you guessing
people wonder if there are higher
powers guiding twisting fate
people pray to gods to ensure
a good life
what people dont understand is
all the praying in the world
is not gonna get you a good life
only you can make a difference
for god helps those who helps themselves
so if you are down and have no way
just remember one thing
the key to true happiness lies
in your own hands
you are the key
so live love and be happy
for tommorrow may be too late

The Stomp

The stomp is what people play
when they get filled with dismay
get real mad
then get real mean
till everything is not seen
to reverse is hard
you have to let down your guard
to say your sorry
to call a truce
to be the bigger person
so that is why we need to stomp
to think of what just went on
and to turn it all around
to keep the one you love
and not to frown
