Gary Fields Poem
My name is Gary Fields
And I am at the Poetry Convention
Their are a myriad of Poet's
They are all in contention
There are so many that I may
Want to mention'
So, pay attention
Fore they must do this
In abstention
At my table there are three
Their are four including me
The second choice in my contention
IS Dr. Ram Mehta
He is such an easy catch
He is a voice/a reflection
He shares' so much love and affection
Being one of so few words
His disposition is the best
And his Human Psyche will
Never rest'
Could this be some sort of test
That his deepest guarded secret's
Are guarded close to his chest
Being a doctor and all
It is unlikely that he will ever confess
Third at the table is the X DESTROYER X POET
Due to the lack of word's
She always' have something for ya
And will certainly destroy ya
If not, then simply ignore ya
Fore she deserves' to seat here
And not just on the foyer
It is a main bone of contention
There is no reason why I can't enjoy ya
Or at least releave the tension
With her advanced degree
her suplituding pensoin for Poetry
It seems' that her messages' are
Aimed straight for me
She give's to this her all
She never seem to miss a call
And to past the test
One may think that
She seem's to be a little obsessed
Most of all
She keeps' her secret
Buried so close to her breast
And what wonderful breast they
Might be
Only saving for us
The one's she profess to be the best
But never the less
She rises' among the rest
Fouth at the table is Ms. Sweetheart of Poetry
Wish she will spend more Poetry with me
And plain not just ignore me
Because I'm a fan of her now
She introduced me to this race
She is all ways' on the case
She is fully comfortable in her space
I just hope that she won't have to use
All of her mace,
She composes' herself with grace
Fore this is so much an adventure
And not just some silly old Snail Race
If I haven't said enough by now
Then it is because I am running
Out of space, or being run out of town
But, there is always one next year
Same time, manybe not
The same old place

1. My ex-girlfriend tried to impress me when
She told me that she is "Fasting"! And I knew
That she was true because, I saw just how
Fast she ate that basket of chicken.......
2. The next time that she told me that she was "Fasting"
It was three (03) double meat Whoppers! And I have never
Seen three (03) double meat Whoppers go so quicK......
3. My ex-girlfriend was so upset! She explained that when
She was young that she could bounce a dime
Off of her butt. Only now, when she bounce the same dime
It only flops!
So, I looked on the bright side and told her that now she can
Bounce a quarter on her belly button and it only drops!
4. The last time that I saw her, she was "Fasting" on a
box of cookies.
* And boy, those (03) box's of cookies sure went fast!
Explanation: That is none sence and no one got fat in the making of this pun!
4. I just hate it when my ex-girlfriend call's me! Usually I keep my
cell phone on vibrate and in my front pocket. My EX-friend
Know's this. She also, know's that I have a bladder problem! Every time
she blow's up my phone it make's me pee!
I know that I hate it, but she give's me such a warm feeling and I take
what I can get!
5. My ex-girlfriend is so stupid that she can't ever give me a piece of
her mind! She has to get an substitute..... Ha! Ha! Ha! He, He, He!
6.My ex-girlfriend, She alway's cut me short!........ She wanted to give
me a piece of her mind, buy, she didn't have enough brain cell's left! Ha! Ha!
Feel the Joke! Uh!
EMBARRASSING QUESTIONS?
1. When you "Pass Gas" and you know you did........
And no-body heard it........ Is it proper to wait for someone
to smell it first, before you say, excuse me..........
Is it really too late....... That is what my girlfriend doe's!
* I would just blame it on a friend!
Moments To Share:
My ex-girl friend and I were discussing a poem that I wrote! She told
me that it was an perfect oxymoron.......
I told her that she was just a moron!
Words' To Live by:
I was trying to explaine my mis-giving's to my EX-girlfriend......
I told her that the problem was, not that I really love you, because
I don't! The problem is that I just can't get you out of my mind!

In the Anointment
A moment of the
Mind's Eye
By His goodness
And by His grace

A second with
> GOD <
------
Ties' a wonder thing
For which we long await...
A dream' come true..
For Me and You
------
A blessing from the Lord
A gift from all time'
To dwell with-in His favor
Beyond the Most Holy
And truly..
The most Divine
------
To fellowship with GOD
The recoveries' of the BLESSINGS'
That He should bring
------
The mere Act of His touch
That is not a breech of Reality
But, a COVENANT that which
We need so much
To be in touch with Jesus
And to Thee, to be, Amen

************Wait on the Lord*********

He woke me up early again
He woke me earlier than before
He always woke me up
At a quarter to 4.
Only to day,
It was shortly after 2:00 am
-------
So, I turned back over
And went back to sleep
Back to a slumber Dream...
------
Then He woke me up again
Some-time after 3,
Know, I had to go Pee...
Maybe it my bladder..
May-be, it was just Me!
------
Maybe somethings the matter
With me.....
-----
And thus I went back to bed
Once again......but I waited
To four and this time' I didn't
Snore !
------
Now, that woke me up!
-------
So, I got up out of bed
Got down on My knee's
And asked the Lord to forgive
Me please....
-------
Now that I was on my knee's
With a need to pray.....
If just now happen that it was GOD!
And what did He say!
-------
He said that thy will always'
With Thee, still..
------
So, have a good day!

To-day is a New Day
Time for people to Pray
If their were No Unity
Where would we be to-day?

Why is it..
That all of 'GOD' People
Are so...!
War Torn Today..
With nothing going on
With nothing to speak of..
So little to say!

So, looking back on Reflection
In a more Democratic Way
Let's give the Future back
To the Children
- And -
Let Jesus lead the way

So, Why not give them Love
Show them another way
Remember that Obama Care
Is a Health Care which is
Oh! so very rare..
--------
It could really save the Day?
Do you know a better way?
--------
It is meant for people with
No Insurance...
Not for those...
Who just don't care!
------
For it is just an annoyance
Who really need Insurance?
------
So, if you have Insurance
And that is all that really
Matter to you...
Remember that their are
Men, Women and Children
Who needs' a plan too...?
For the Obama Plan is high
In Demand
And Gods' People are too...
