Disaster In Japan

As the waves are crashing
The earth is thrashing
Violent winds and shakes
People searching for shelter

The earth is thrashing
While the ground around begins to crumble
People searching for shelter
As radiation fills the sky

While the ground around crumbles
Violent winds and shakes
As radiation fills the sky
While the waves are crashing

A Long Road To Serenity

Living with an alcoholic brought pain
A supposed father never there
Leaving us to deal with the pain and fear
And only to hold on to the false hope
All of the trust and hope and love is lost
Of the man that chose alcoholism
Instead of the relationship we had
The scars of all the abuses and fear
Have set me up for the panic attacks
The came attacks from a supposed friend
Only to have taken advantage of me
Left me hear crying for somebody
I always thought that NO really meant no
Only to be convinced that i was wrong
Sat silent after multiple attacks
For years and years i'd kept it to myself
Realizing now that i had needed help
Finding the fellowship has made me sane
To help heal all the lonesome scars
As well as find a "family" that cares
I know see that my dad has been really sick
And have found serenity as well as peace
For six years and going strong i see now
My higher power and my story
Knowing since having been a little girl
Now finding help for me; recovery
Steps, people who care and the serenity
Although these scars may seem disturbing
I've found in the fellowship the real me
Surrounded by serenity and peace
To realize that i am someone unique
I know share my stories with others too
Although still a teen I know that i've found me
The person that i really want to be
The person that i am really meant to be...

Sitting and Searching

Sitting and searching
Trough fear and despair
Hoping and waiting
All alone without a care

Through fear and despair
My hands tremble and shake
All alone without a care
As the fears and anxiety fill my brain

My hands tremble and shake
Hoping and waiting
As the fears and anxiety fill my brain
Sitting and searching...

And Through It All

I sit alone surrounded by the dark
As all of these thoughts rush right through my brain
All that's heard are my screams, yells, and my barks
And once the clouds turn gray it starts to rain
Fighting and screaming just looking to cry
As they sit there laughing at my expense
And all I see is hatrid in their eyes
Their reactions ar merely just suspense
Anxiety had now controlled my life
The pain and fears would strike at any time
As if only being stabbed with a knife
All this worry should really be a crime
This all could have been seen as a plea
But through it all I've found the real me.
