Chemical Reactions Exclusive

If you don’t know chemistry
Here’s some on reactions
It may not be much
But it’s still a good fraction
I don’t know where to start
So I’ll begin with this
An element plus element yield compound is synthesis
Decomposition is multiple products from a single reactant
Usually formed when energy attacks it
“It” is a compound, just to get it out
It can be replaced, what is that about
It’s about single or double, which are replacements
Any real scientist would concur to this statement
Because of the complexity, my favorite replacement is single
It’s really easy, if you and chemistry can mingle
One more reaction, so lets take a turn
If oxygen is a reactant, you may have a burn
Combustion is the name
And it’s known by the flame
Production of heat embarked its fame
A hundred on this project is the grade that I wish
I don’t know where to stop, so I’ll yield like this

Stereotype Me Not

Life of a stereotype me not
Doing the actions I forgot
Like freezing when I should be hot
Digressing your opinion of a plot
Doing little when expected of a lot
If I don’t have it, then what do I got
A loose rope with a knot
Or cold piss in a pot
With the gun of truth, here’s my shot
Of the life of a stereotype me not

The Halo Effect

If there is one thing I remember
It is what life told
Just open your eyes
All that glisters may not be gold
So who is to blame and whose fault I hold
The halo effect, the one in disguise
Manifesting deception in front of thy eyes
Treat one different because of their look
Why read? Judge the cover of the book?
But you do read others because they don’t have the look
If you understand, how long has it took?
The halo effect, we magnify a trait
Condone the flaws, we magnify a trait
Attractiveness, is this what you mean?
All this talk, my perception a feign?
What I see, aint what it seem?
Huh, thanks for this, as well as that.
The halo effect, my mind was hacked.

Till Death Do Us Part

I cherish your tenderness brought into my life

My heart sings with the rhythm of your voice

No one is better for the position called “wife”

You’re the best qualified, I have no choice

Searching the dictionary for love, is the wrong way to go

I found the definition with you as my source

It said “All’s fair in love and war

There is always a puddle on path with a course”

Sleeping is good but this is what dreams are for

Though if our love was a dream, I shall never wake

By seizing the moment with my soul to take

Our hearts shall never need mending,

As long as we’re together they should never break

I couldn’t ask God for anything more

Till death do us part I ALWAYS ADORE

No Energy

What to do, what to do
I feel like doing something but I don’t have a clue
I want to see something new
Or maybe invest my time in to
Something

Oh my God, why ennui embraced me
Find someone else, I’m searching for glee
Praying and asking, knowing it won’t come
Maybe it’s just a mindset that developed from
Everything

Turn on the fun, my switch is broken
The dark in which I ate boredom got me chokin
For the non-feelers, you may think I’m jokin
Almighty electrician, fix me, my switch is broken
Badly

The Men Sport of Persevering

The feeling of getting rocked for the first time is
like losing your virginity. How I rise from the producers
decides if I like going down or hate getting up.

Yeah, they saw it. Eyes on me. The ubiquitous
air is still hear. My ascetic body
still functions on this field of men.

Fighting for friends, flying around full speed.
Go! Go! Go! Epitomizes our support.
The brain yells stop, but the heart whispers fight.

Hard work minus teamwork equals intact pants.
Hard work plus teamwork squared equals a smile.
Perspiration in the eye, never felt better.

The weakest link of our chain better power up
because he who pays the piper will call this tune.
Turns out, I couldn’t cry over spilt milk, if it didn’t spill.

As celebratory we were, we endeavor to looked opportunity
in the eye and purloin her work clothes,
before she is out of sight and out of mind

Whey Protein

Dear whey,
You have changed my life from the day we met
Our first date was great because I got you wet
First I poured water on you, didn’t like the taste
Ever since, I used milk to switch up the pace
At which I devoured your nutritious goodness
We coalesce perfection, never a misunderstoodness
You are the cheese co-product of my dream
Protein, protein, wherefore art thou protein?
Sincerely, your drinker…

No Regrets

I don’t believe in limits under the sun
Because this life is filled with ineffable fun
Years from now looking back at what I’ve done
To my surprise, I took that run
All the way to the top of that ladder
Killing fears because they don’t matter
I don’t know how far I will I go
But from this point, no regrets shall show

Til 2 a M

Til 2 A.M.

One day a Dominican female gave her black guy friend two balls of chocolate.
Not just any chocolate but the kind can make you look twice and pocket it.
The chocolate was so good that reciprocity was the only emotion you could have worn.
For that reason and that reason alone, Til 2 A.M. this poem was born.

13 days before all of this, the black guy was walking to the library in the morning around 11:56
While simultaneously being approach by the Dominican female and a question at 11:56
“What was it that you wanted to show me?” was the question with which she arose.
The following is a minimum Til 2 A.M. but here is how the story goes.

First, they played hangman… Til 2 A.M.
Went twice upon a roof… Til 2 A.M.
Watched a Spanish movie… Til 2 A.M.
Dined at two dining halls… Til 2 A.M.
Went to Walmart 3 times… Til 2 A.M.
Played a poker game… Til 2 A.M.
Chilled in each other’s dorm… Til 2 A.M.
Watched Netflix twice… Til 2 A.M.
Went to the dollar store… Til 2 A.M.
Walked to a football game… Til 2 A.M.
Surprisingly met devouring breakfast… Til 2 A.M.
Worked on PowerPoints… Til 2 A.M.
And played the most amazing game of uno… Til 2 A.M.

If turning up on weekends made you rich, these people wouldn’t have 2 dimes.
To recap the course of events, so far they only stayed up Til 2 A.M. five times.
Now that this poem is read, this story may be dead, because of the short lives in their palms they read.
Life will never know about the journey ahead, but Til 2 A.M. Death must wait for the Dominican and the black… to go to bed.

Happy Day of Birth

Dear dead properties, L-o-L
Now back to earth and for what it’s worth
A new year is a laudable blessing commencing rebirth
Advance in life and don’t come back, kidding
Just don’t retreat or look back
Sweet sixteen I’m glad you’re that
On your back, me support thou sat
Feliz cumpleaños, and good luck
Love, a hungry acquaintance
