William Otto Poem
The call of the Lark
And the Red-Winged Blackbird
The rustle of grass
Over my left shoulder
And
Before us
The rippling brook
The shimmering trees
And
The depth of you silence
As you
Not far away
Think on other things
This I take back with me
To the noise of the city

William Otto Poem
The day is coming
When the gates will close
To those not purified
Of destructive thought
It is time
To be thy neighbors loving friend
The day is coming
The heart already knows
When tears will be cried
And time cannot be bought
For it is time
To change before the coming end
