go forth and grow
live life slow
endure what you may
with out rain what would be a sunny day
if you should ever faulter or go astray
water your seeds atleast once a day
every seed sewn and every flower grown
we reap what we are shown

what did i do
hangin out with you know who
stealing again you know that i know better
but i knew you wasn't gon buy me that sweater
yeah yeah mama I know but it wasn't really my fault
i ain't even the one that got caught
naw i don't need a lawyer or any money
i know it ain't funny
you know something you aint got to worry about me getting in trouble again
the police scared me so bad that when they open the car door I peed on my self before i
got in
now they say i can leave but it's just one thing
is there some extra underware and pants you can bring

ice cold
food for the soul
worlds unfold
stories untold
breathe easy young man
do the best you can
listen more than you speak
be strong but never prey on the weak
have a heart but never be naive
keep the faith and always believe
get your point across but lines you never cross
be a leader your own boss
follow instructions but never be a follower
separate your fruits from your flowers
get what you need first then what you desire
make people think make them inspire
take this knowledge and set the world on fire

As we travel at the speed of sound
searching for something profound
our soul unbound and love is unfound
it is a miracle that we are still around
the speed of love too slow to measure
pastimes and guilty pleasures
we walk at the speed of life through the fire
we hope,dream,and desire
we all are moving forward at one speed at a time
we move fast, slow, or sometimes not at all, but we all move

I never knew why the good seed grew
was it because God told it to
or is it because the wind blew
did the bud that became a fruit come from the root
or did the sprout come out though a different route
I don't kwon but I do know the fruit is good to me
and the small plant grew into a lovely tree
and the flowers barely have room when they bloom
and the leaves will fall soon
so treat the plant with care
because there is a miracle happening right there
