William Clause Poem
When I whisper, what do you hear? Is it the softness in my voice, that draws your heart so
near … can you absorb me with understanding… or love in faith with out a word … was there
ever more than a whisper … in those whims we deemed absurd.
When I whisper … what do you feel … is the emotion in my voice … ever really real…can you
taste the flavor of compassion …or express the words your heart desires …Was there ever
more than a whisper … in your heart felt fires.
When I whisper … what do I want … am I searching for a gentle answer … given in response
…Can I ever even ask for love…or show the love in my hearts beat … is there ever more
than a whisper …from which we have to reap.
When I whisper … what do I mean …when the words that cross my lips…were spoken in a dream
… can you tell your midnights sleep… from the breaking of the morning light … is there
ever more than a whisper dividing wrong from right.
When I whisper…what I whisper… matters dear to me …words of passion whispered …will always
set me free … understanding compassion whispered … brings my heart a peaceful power …will
there be only whispers… in our finest hour.
When I whisper… come close to hear… are the words I love you whispered softly… pleasure to
your ears… The stars that inspired Galolaos whisper in my dreams… There could never be a
greater love… than that which I receive.

William Clause Poem
Our Father who art in heaven, in our hopes, and in our hearts. Hallowed be thy name on the
lips of negotiators of peace. Thy kingdom come, to India and Pakistan, to Iran
and Iraq, and across the face of our troubled earth. Thy will be done, in the hearts of
children, in the conscience of men
in-powered by others trust, and in our daily society as it is in heaven. Give us today our
daily bread to feed our children with the nourishment of your knowledge. Forgive us our
trespasses, for we have justified our trespasses in your name for our own selfish goals.
Grant us the strength to forgive those who trespass against us. Let us reveal a reflection
of our ignorance as compassion for mankind. Fill our souls with the understanding that
leads us not into temptation or earthly destruction. Deliver us from the oppression of
evil, from the lack of peace that fills our daily lives, and from ourselves. For thine is
the kingdom, where we are safe from ourselves, where our wisdom is revealed as not. You have
the power, as only your wisdom grants and the glory that warms our souls with your eminent
light. These truths you revealed in our hearts shall be our guiding light forever and ever
and always.

William Clause Poem
In the dew of morning light
Angle rose greets the day
and tucks away the night
As the sun heats the early sky
Her soft persona cools the shade
where lovers tend to hide
When I since her enticing flavor
I am stirred and inspired
to stop there and savor
It takes me aloft to a place divine
And Keeps me there
for the most pleasurable time
She blushes like a song bird singing
And shares her beauty,
selflessly giving
She lifts her pedals to the sun
Then lets the world
drink of her charm
To know this rose so fair for real
Can only serve to spoil the deal
To admire this rose is mine to pardon
For she grows in another man's garden.

William Clause Poem
I am able to freely walk through the universe at a whim with in my thoughts and take with
me all of the world for an adventure with a different view. I caress the brush that
paints a vivid picture and joins the morning walk like a warm conversation where desires
unspoken are freely expressed.
In the perspective of the minds eye, the pallet is only bound by colors unimagined as is
the canvas textured in a vast white endlessness. The reach of my influence is summoned to
fill the emptiness with the flavor of words, to fill the air with anticipation and create
the aroma that moistens the lips with a kiss.
My charge is no small matter to me for it will call on me to turn the stones within myself
and face the sleepless nights of adoring preparations. Ah but to release that which has
already been in the cradle of my heart and is now shared with the world through my pen is
ecstasy to me.

William Clause Poem
We are like an hourglass
sharing one-grain, one emotion,
one taste of ourselves at a time
As you fill me up with new,
Exciting, enticing experience
you release yourself to me
You free yourself to take in
more of the world,
more of life, more of love
less of what entangles you
I hunger for all that you have for me
give to me, bring to me
the way you enlighten me
with the wisdom that is your way
All that you absorb from the world
I hope, I know, I trust
will be a part of my adventure
my experience, my happiness
So now with gentle emotion
we roll us over in shifting sands
to other moments we grow together.
As I release all the stress of the hour,
all the love I have harbored for you
all the emotion that flavors us
I pour out
just before my cup runs over
Just before the pleasure becomes too much
just when I have the most to give
It clears my head like a spring rain
it cools the fevered pace of my life
It culls the weed from the seed
before the planting
And with all this we grow again
because we keep our baskets full
there is so much more to harvest
there always has been
there always will be
I in you, and you in me
Because we are like an hour glass
sharing sand together...
counting heart beats
capturing each moment
for eternity.
