Steven Winiarski Poem
Who am I
to look upon you
in your love
you see me through
i am week
dead in sin
through your blood
the saints shall win
i walk in flesh
though i have a choice
through your word
i hear your voice
Lord make me blameless
wash me clean
as i repent
and make you king

Steven Winiarski Poem
What will it say
at the end of time
when the music fades
and the world is left behind
what will it say
at the end of this rhyme
when it begins to rain
and all is on the line
was i good
does it matter
where i stood
ascending up the ladder
was i right
who am i to judge
while standing in His sight
will i melt to sludge
what will it say
what is my crime
when i see the stains
when i see the signs
what will it say
can i trust my mind
when i become the lame
and it's left to bind
was i free
what does it mean
what did i see
things aren't what they seem
did i fully trust
in what i knew
while i turned to dust
did i believe what was true
what will i say
at the end of time
when the music fades
and all is left behinf

Steven Winiarski Poem
Where is the sun in the winter snow
when the storm comes and the wind blows
where is the warmth in the growing cold
when the hail falls and the light folds
where is the sky that once seemed so clear
when the thunder comes and lightning flares
where is the star that once burned so bright
when the darkness falls leaving me out of sight
where is the meadow in the blackened smoke
when the fire comes and the air chokes
where is the flower in the pouring down rain
when the peddles fall to my empty pain
where is the heart that once held hope
when the passion fades and i am left to cope
where is the love that once was so great
when the world crumbles and i am left to fate
does it matter where it is
when it's not here to help me live
the wind blows the lightning flares
the air chokes and no one cares
