Man of a Tiger

The man of a tiger
he is a fighter
A man of a lion
who saves me from dying
on his heart I knock
hard like a rock
I want to get through
if its the last thing to do
I will shovel in the snow
you already know
to stand out in the rain
with not much to gain
only to find
that hes not really mine.

Behind the Words, Beyond the Cage.

Love surely cannot be a cage
I know deep down there is much rage
If you look from a different view
you will know what I am trying to do.
Its not about the chase
Its not about a race
Its about a chance
to hold you just for a glance.
I know there is only one of you.
If I could I would have two.
One for you and one for me.
Being with you then I could be.
A cage is something that holds you back
It takes you off your track
True love puts you on your feet
Mostly it is a real treat.
To be with someone who you can share.
Someone who will always be there.
To share a life and thought of the day.
Always having something to say.
To glorify the good times.
To make up some silly rhymes.
To heal the hurt of the bad days.
To act wild in the sun rays.
One day you will say.
What happened to that day.
When I was so free.
What happened to me.
I know thats a fear.
It brings me a tear.
Its so untrue.
Of the love I have for you.
My love is of a different kind.
please dont be blind.
Mines one of sharing.
and mostly caring.
I wonder if you can see.
Me, too I like to be free.
but I never felt love would ever take that away.
I only felt that it would add to my day.
I hope one day you feel that too.
We all have alot of things to do.
I know its a busy time.
I now must end this rhyme.
Think of what I am trying to say
behind the words there my heart lays.
Beyond the cage there my man will always stay.

Stuck In My Head

I know it will rain
when I feel pain
laying on my bed
stuck in my head
I want to sleep
try and count sheep
how long will it last
I want to know fast
tell me now
I want to know how

Bubble

She lives in a bubble
break it youre in trouble
She lives in denial
walks around with a smile
Shut from real life
try to break it with a knife
you can try if you may
but you know what she'll say
Deny what is true
Avoid the right thing to do.
Right in front of your face
Its so close you can taste.
I wonder how it came to be
how she is not free

Your Song

I miss your song
now that you're gone
I love when you play
you make my day
to see you smile
escape for a while
I wait for your song
I hope thats not wrong
Your music plays clear
that I hold dear.
