The Blue Lady

“The Blue Lady”
It was a room 316 meters long.
"The Blue Lady" was a beauty, sleek, and very strong.
With spiral staircases from taboo decks,
which aloud me to roam like a little small speck.
The room was the longest, the fastest at sea,
and would glide over waves with greatest of ease;
but would occasionally put her arms to the water
to beat mother natures fierce strong father.
It didn't matter when nature didn't agree;
I would feel alive, fancy, and completely free.
If the room with which I dance was not what I liked,
I could change like a flash and get upon a bike.
The Blue Lady was unique with all of her rooms,
and made me feel sexy under many night moons.
The room that was 316 meters long
was dismantled, sold, and no longer strong.

Grains of Sand

Grains of Sand

                                   The little girl strolls considers every step
                                  innocent but alone; the loyal dog follows
                                   Grains of sand squeeze between her toes

                                  Her freedom a privilege not yet known
                                 comforted by silence ; the graceful eagle flies
                                       Grains of sand beneath her bare soles

                                  Lost within her own for minutes and hours
                                deserted for fortune; the zillion ants crawl by
                                  Grains of sand smooth her small hands

                                    Forever embedded within her warm soul
                             charmed by experience; the nurtured memories rest
                                  Grains of sand vanished below green land
