The Man

Time is a rye, in this ill world of lies
we lead our lives, blinded by the tides
unable to subside our undeniable flaws,
our undeniable selfishness.

The power of one...they say, they say
The power of all, to become one
That'll be the day, i say, i say.

Confusion is instinctive, so fret on it not.
Confusion is fed to us by the higher man
The self-righteous "better" man

This man is no man, but a coward and a thief.
He feeds us fear
The fear that keeps us from standing up and screaming,
"No! No more!"

Indigenous innocence has been stolen
from the rightful hand of the common man.
They will tell you, this you must:
Work, stress, pay
Pay, stress, work.
And you listen, because of the fear.

The fear is fed to us by the higher man,
the greed driven "successful" man.
I have but one question....
when, and how, did the village idiot find the power?
We have made a mistake, my friends.
No mistake is un-fixable though...

Give it time
Give it effort
Give it hope

The power will be given back in good time
To the righteous, peaceful, honest man.

This will be the day.

The Freedom To Enjoy

Constantly criticized
The world is misinformed...
Let me tell you all about
what must be known.

A young boy, I was fearful
Confused by what I was,
by communication
Yet gifted with a talent
To observe
To see
To interpret...
Though I never thought much of it,
I kept it in mind.

A dull life, still confused.
I simply refused
to touch the taboos I'd been taught
A seemingly meaningless life,
though I felt something big coming on...

Then-
Finally.
I breathed it in
It took me high
Oh so high
Oh so very high
With time I learned
What I could do...
Oh the possibilities!
Thinking to myself, "what a dull life...so far."

Truth?
Truth....
Truth be told,
what i discovered was
the substance of exaggeration;
the highlighter of life.

With this in mind,
find moderation.
Teach not that one will fall victim
Teach not that consistency is wise
Moderation.

Everyone should have the right to satisfy
the occasional hunger for an exaggerated satisfaction.
Harm...what harm?
An anti-weapon, impossible to kill with.
With an emphasis on relaxation, satisfaction, and enlightenment.

I find it sad that the
higher authorities misinform us.
Misinformation has gotten us nowhere.
So thank you congress,
Thank you FCC,
for keeping out of the general public
an experience we as humans have a right to.

Much like I was,
you are afraid.
Be not fearful of a more
peaceful and satisfying world,
rather, be ready for it.
We have had enough, and are rising.

Be not afraid, however.
We are merely saving you from yourselves.

Life Happens

It ended today.
I didn't know what to say.
I looked in her eyes, the truth was tearing her away.
We hugged, said goodbye, and I surely know why.
But that doesn't numb the pain,
All I can do is sigh.

We laughed and kissed
We hugged, we dismissed
all the stupid s*** around us, we didn't miss.
Problems came and went, it was always worth it though.
But the stupid s*** caught up, and suddenly it showed.

The happiness we felt was almost too good.
Its gone now, but everything remains as it should.
I'll miss it deep down, until the day I die.
But the sorrow doesn't leave me to ask why,
Because I know, life happens, it's just time to move on.
Just time to move on.
Life Happens.
Move on...

Artena

The air is a canvas

Your voice, the brush

Your instrument, the paint

The air is a canvas

Your voice, the brush

Your words, the paint

Your life is a canvas

Your actions, the brush

Your emotions, the paint

Love is vibrant

Hate is violent

Sorrow can prevent,

And sometimes lament

Just realize it’s meaning

Expand your minds being

Evermore seeing,

And potentially revealing

Your love is a canvas

Their voice, the brush

Their touch, the paint

Their eyes, the emotion

Their kiss, the taint

The sorrow is drowned

The feelings come down

The smile so sweet

Happiness, the feat.

Say goodbye, for now

Until it all comes back around

Lost Colors, Missing Numbers

Red is the color of love, and of blood
Blue is the color of the skies, the seas, and of sadness
A day is resembled by the year, month, and the season
But is a day is not resembled, truly, by the incidents?
Will you focus on the numbers, the colors, the instances?
Or will you guide your actions, interactions, your reality?

Life has not one color, but many
Life is guided not by numbers, but by one self
Let not the colors define you, or the numbers confine you
Rather, define the colors, and confine the numbers
All yourself.

You do have control
We all do
Our problem as a species is that we assume
That some other force has control,
And that we have none
Never has an idea been so bitterly false
Recognize your control, but also
Recognize your faults and misconceptions
With this realization
And these awarings
Your human spirit becomes like a snowball
Tumbling down a frost covered slope;
It grows and feeds upon the surface it travels
It becomes larger than ever expected

Let us grow as such
Let us become aware of our control
Of our faults
Of the misconceptions we perceive
Let us become more
More than we ever fathomed
Become this now, tomorrow, and ever.

It is possible, responsible, and causeable
Use the reasoning we've all attained to end
These trivial problems we face
In this feeble phase of humanity

Speech of Freedom

Through experience, we find knowledge, wisdom, and patience. Think carefully about each step you take, for each
movement is vital not only to your own path, but to the universal duality of action and reaction. Though these vital
progressions often consist of mistakes that cannot be undone, they can certainly be countered and redeemed by
future acts. With this in mind, go- and don't fret over past mistakes. Instead, embrace these mistakes; for it is
through these mistakes that we gain mother earths most valuable lessons; lessons of:
Peace.
Love.
Unity.
Respect.
Far and wide, the human eye denies the lies of our logic, and this ill sense of pride we feel is leading us further from
the light of truth. Those of us that still feel this truth- the dreamers- must fight for justice, and win back the future of
our blinded tribe. Seek truth, question authority, and never give up on yourself. Come hell or high water, we will
fight through the end, and we will fight not for prides sake, but rather for our morals sake- for the sake of future
generations, not these opposing blind obligations. For the sake of humanity and all that it has fought for, we will not
allow any more. The human spirit must marry peace, and remain with it until death do us part.

Dimeyes

The looks that hurt
And the feelings that burn
Attraction is seen
But the actions, absurd.
Eager enthrallment is never found hidden
But rather is seen- on the forehead is written

The effort one can give without
Ever even being recognized
Causes for bitter tries
And pain filled demise.

But look in his eyes
You'll see he feels right
Yes, look in his eyes
He feels he's in sight

He knows it in fact
But everyone's crazy
Everyone's wrong
Or all just too lazy...

They fail to look further
To dig deep and stare
They fail to see his real needs
They seem to not care

But he knows of the truth;
The sad little bit.
That they feel just the same
But they won't admit
Nor you, nor I, nor any other person
So we let it build up,
and the feeling is worsened.

We all scream for help
With our hesitant stares
But we all are so selfish
Who the f*** really cares?

You, my dear friend.
You're all that you've got.
You, my dear friend.
Whether you trust it or not.

So maybe next time
You look in my eyes
You'll slowly remember
And start to recognize
That in our dimeyes
We never fail to hide
Our biggest life struggles
Our reasons of pride

Let go and subside
Let go and reside
Let go for your life
Just be and let go.

Take a Peak

Take a shine to joyful solace
The light falls and fills a forbidden place
The empty once had you soulless
But experience will strongly and boldly replace

Take a stroll through dark and forbidden
Find the gem of meanings; hidden
Now we define the truth of balance
Dual meanings of sound and silence

Don't walk alone in labyrinths
Don't smile if you're feeling sadness
Certainty shines out and in now
Your love goes then comes back around

Challenges you face will test you
If your calm, and see, you set the difficulty
And never be afraid of something new
Save the blind and intentional derogatory

The hands ticking,
Round and round

The ball bouncing,
Up and down

The people going,
Like sheep in a field
Their ideas flowing,
But never set free

Let them be

Don't walk alone in labyrinths
Don't smile if you're feeling sadness
Certainty shines in and out now
Your loves goes then comes back around

Let them be

Third Milestone- Part 2 -A Peek Into the Distraught Mind

ME
Loving, giving, caring,
Always trying.
ME
Contradicting, dissatisfied, lying, forgetful.
I
Easily satisfied, slow to anger, quick to love.
I
Afraid, fearful, often lazy.

Inability to apply myself
TRUE
Ability to acknowledge
TRUE

Confident?
Never.
Right, almost always.
Right, not to you.
Right, never.
Left, long ago
Left, too late
Who said go?
I didn't hear them.
So you tell me,
Where does this road lead?
Guidance? Truth?
Too big, too easy.
So easy, in fact, we couldn't comprehend.
Meaning and reason saw themselves out,
You should inform them
Before confused and depressed return.

Serenity (Words To Ease)

Such a creation
Of shape and beauty...of complex comfort
And the light shines down...
It makes her glow
And the music begins...
It makes me grow

The anger that distortion sees
The serenity I find in clean
The places only I have seen
When I let my eager soul sing

Just close your eyes.....let it flow.....
Let it come......let it grow.....

The sounds have taken me now

Sailing through the clouds
On white wings of wonder
Gazing into the deep blue sky
Made of silk and smooth serenade...

What will this soundly structure bring?
What will she see,
On my travels to be?
What ever may be
For comfort lies in she

The solitude I've felt in my musical realm
In this musical craft, I'm at the helm

This wall of notes through which I express
As my mind and time grow
Sorrowless
