My Everything

Before I was empty, lifeless, and down,
  my face was always showing a great big frown.
It seemed like nothing good would happen for me,
  making me think that’s how it always will be.
But one day this angel walked into my life,
  the type that without a doubt could be my wife.
To me, she makes me feel alive and well,
  the smiles on my face is how you would tell.
Getting to know her was the greatest thing,
  at times I felt like my heart would sing.
After a while, I realized that I was falling in love,
  with this angel that had to be sent from above.
Whenever I see her, my heart skips a beat,
  and at times she could knock me right off of my feet.
Some may think I’m crazy but I don’t care,
  when it comes to other girls, she doesn’t compare.
She’s very special to me, I want her to know,
  how much I cherish, appreciate and love her so.
I could go on and on about this precious one,
  without a doubt, its my heart that she has won.
So in case your wondering, at times I could sing,
  cause she’s my sunshine, my rain, and my everything
