After The Day He Broke

A man too soft, too real, too kind,
gets left alone, and left behind.
He once was soft, a gentle soul,
He gave his heart, He gave it whole.

He cared for her with all his time,
Never knew love could turn this way in time.

The one who cared now feels decline,
and stands so cold, just like a pine.

He trusted faces way too fast,
got fooled by smiles that couldn't last.

Now with his wit, he reads the line,
and plays the game he once called crime.

He tries to be bad, but morals still define,
so he bends them day by day,
to stand just like a pine.

He doesn't want this change in him,
he doesn't feel it's fine,
but now he lives, and now he stands,
harsh and straight like a pine.

He wants to cry, to let it out,
to scream his pain, to end the doubt,
but being a man, he chose this line
to hide it all, be like a pine.

But after that day, he had no choice,
to live this way and silence his voice...

Karmic Relation or Forever Love?

We walked through Woods, side by side,
you told me everything you kept inside,
I held it all, didn’t let you fall,
I cared too much… you barely at all.

You laughed with me, I fell for you,
you kept it light, I thought it was true,
I gave you love, without a break,
you gave me warnings I didn’t take.

You said “don’t fall,” I fell anyway,
you said “this won’t last,” I chose to stay,
you called it “karmic,” kept it small,
like what we had meant nothing at all.

Was I just someone who made it easier?
Someone's bandage when life got heavier?
You felt better, then let me go,
like I was something you used and outgrew.

You moved on fast, like I was fine,
like I didn’t cross every line,
you said “just friends,” like it’s okay,
but I lost myself along the way.

Now you’re at peace, and I’m still here,
stuck with the weight you left this year,
so call it “karmic,” call it what you need,
but deep inside, it’s clear to see,
it wasn’t karmic… at least for me.

The Very First Date

I woke with the sun, my heart in a race,
Excitement and dreams written on my face.
Gifts in my hands, love in my sight,
Hoping to make this day feel just right.

I reached early, my nerves all flutter,
The world around us seemed soft as a whisper.
We chased the highway, with nowhere to go,
Just following the sun, letting life flow.

Five hours of drive, laughter in sight,
Moments that made the whole world feel light.
A hill appeared, so calm and so right,
We watched the world embrace in golden light,
And spoke of our dreams, our hearts in a race,
Feeling the magic of that special place.

I gave her the gifts, her eyes sparkled bright,
A pendant, a ring, each catching the light.
In her white dress, like a swan in my eyes,
I knew in that moment, she’d won my life.

On the ride back, the car flying fast,
Taylor Swift playing, memories to last.
Hands held tightly, a kiss in the night,
Stars overhead, our hearts feeling light.

That day etched forever, in laughter and fate,
An unforgettable memory, the very first date.

Unloved Hearts

He does not beg for love at first,
Just quiet respect, soft and true,
From gentle hands he calls his own,
A mother's grace, a lover's view.

Yet love, he learns, comes priced in deeds,
In all he gives, in all he bleeds.

He molds himself to fit her dreams,
For fleeting warmth, for borrowed light,
For love, he trades his truest self,
Becomes their "should," forgets his "might."

In silent wars he stands alone,
And calls her chaos still his home.
He bears her storms, her fragile fire,
Her shifting moods, her distant gaze.

Yet in return, a breaking truth,
Betrayal wrapped in fleeting praise.
For though we curse in shattered pain,
Both man and woman seek the same:
A soul to hold, a life to share.

It's not the gender that's wrong,
It's timing that lies.

So he still loves with deeper ache,
With restless fire, with endless plea,
For none are wrong, just lost in need.

Learn his silence, hear his cry,
For unloved hearts don't live... they die.
