One

One in your thoughts… one in your mind …will leave you with one…
One onto the person you have become…
The space is taken.. only for one …
One holds power in one’s mind …
No room for any other kind …
Funny how close mind is to mine …
selfishness brings that of a kind …
alone with one’s self you will find ..
There is no truth in one’s mind ..
Regardless of all that is known ..
one will stay as one until one no longer fears the unknown …….

Spell for my love

I send you strength
In its finest form, resilience in nature, wisdom of sight , forgiveness of self and sleep in the night

Delivered with patience
To release what hexes

A guide to your truth
with pure intent .
This moves with haste
With no consequence
To any of a kind those I hold in my mind , myself included protected by the now of time

I banish what grips me
And darkens my sight
I now walk in my truth, and my truth is in light
I release what binds me to unfulfilling pleasure
I summon my truth,
bring onto me my true treasures

I call it by name for it is not my own
I burn it in flame … ashes upon ashes …
Set to the wind I release its hold
 I shout to the masses
I choose light over darkness love over fear.. no more will you whisper in my ear

These are my words, and my words are my power
My strength my resolve grows hour by hour times this by three
so I stated so it shall be
I honour as always my true deity

Watching

If I saw you in the dark
Without a word without a lark
Saw you standing there very candidly
I Saw you there,
I watched you watch me ….
standing very candidly
you were watching, watching over me
I wonder and I pondered
 I might have even squandered..
For what purpose are you there?
Did it matter ?Did I care ?
You were watching, watching over me.
Not quite the same, more straight, yet curved , feet hovering, not quite on the ground , mimicking my movements without out a sound
You where there very candidly watching me , watching you ,
I wondered and I pondered are we one ? Or are we two ?

The voice

The voice will break you shake your you will
Once you felt strength now you bypass your own light
Left following the darkness consumed without our sight
We allow for such a narrative.
But Our mind doesn’t mind …
it has its own ideas on how we should live.

You thought you had a choice …. At least some control

This is my body is it not !
My mind my soul !
 I felt empowered once before
Or maybe it was twice .. thrice or more
hard to tell with so much doubt galore
I thought I had control ..
Control of what ? …
Of my thoughts , body and more..
Silly girl , You were program from all that happened before !
Your reactions are nothing more than predetermined triggers of days long ago
You wouldn’t even have known if you hadn’t chosen to grow
But now that you have and here you are feeling more deflated then ever before
How do I mend these triggers I no longer feel are mine
Deep inside you must go
Do the work feel the pain
forgiven all that taught you to live in shame
Except what is and change what’s not
Let go and move forward to the truth you sought
Realizing that all has purpose and meaning in the end
They were a necessity my friend
Every experience both beautiful and tragic
Were meant for you to find your true magic
It won’t be easy this I know
Plant new seeds, water and sow
In time they to will grow :)
