Tyler Vanwyhe Poem
Each stranded in the kitchen cove
Gatekeeping my realities
Protecting your sanities
You see the water boil
and overflow
Blind to the faulty coils
deeper below
I’ll “take” my medication
You’ll “fake” your gratification
Both ignoring the broken stove

Tyler Vanwyhe Poem
Mind like an ocean
Full of empty spaces
Yet filled
with exotics
and colors
of all kinds
and varieties
Depths
of daunting darknesses
Devilish uncertainties
–likely
Godlike unknowns
–maybe

Tyler Vanwyhe Poem
I want to pick apart your brain.
Cut it up.
Chew on it.
Consume it.
Digest it.
There’s no reason to be afraid.
It’s simply
–what I do
–who I am:
Brain Surgeon.

Tyler Vanwyhe Poem
Greedy is the Light
Exposing thieves
as She herself
steals My darkness away
