Love Is Meant to Shine

Love — a feeling meant to be enjoyed,
not destroyed.
But love is hard and painful at the same time.
Only if you could be fully mine.
You say you are mine,
but it doesn’t feel like.
If I would share my feelings on a mic,
the mic would run for its life.
Love that tastes like lime.
Mhh… I guess I’m fine.
Only if we had enough time,
our love would be alive.
Love is meant to shine.

Just like a bee that stings
your voice brings the deepness in things.
Your voice goes straight to the heart,
leaving no stain, no mark,
the same way the light overcomes the dark.
Your voice lights a spark
, with the voice of a lark,
your words bend the arc.
I choose to embark
from the life that leads me to the dark.
