Lakshana Kumaran Poem
They laughed out loud, for being fat. Turned myself into a thin bat, yet they laughed.
They screamed in my face for being ugly. I didn't know, they would still scream when i'm pretty.
They called me lazy, when, was Silently struggling with my mind.
After all of this, they asked me "Why did you change"?

Lakshana Kumaran Poem
The clock is ticking, people holding their breath.
It’s the day people celebrate at 12 a.m.,
instead of fearing ghosts.
Cakes, fireworks, sweets,
filled with love, another year passes somehow.
It’s New Year,
a day with two sides:
hope and endings.
