A monk with no god

Stood between two realms —
imagination’s flight,
consciousness awake.
Through the storm of challenges,
still, I stood with one.

One man, no name,
anchored in grace,
holding the gift within,
unmoved by shadows,
still trusting the unfaded flame.

SEEDS OF ASH, SEEDS OF HOPE

Dear Sun,
How fierce you burn,
Scorching the tender leaves of our birth,
Reducing seeds of hope to ash—
All because of your unmeasured hunger.

Dear Sun,
You have drained our rivers,
Betrayed our trust.
We entrusted you with life,
Yet you stripped us bare
And left us destitute.

Sun of Greed,
We once adored your name,
But your appetite has consumed even yourself.
You do not know your limits,
You do not know your own.

Despite all,
yet—
We endure.
We rise.
We will survive,
With or without you.
For our hope is no longer in your hands,
But in our own unbroken fate.

We seek to live,
We seek to thrive.
No longer chained to your fire,
We choose life over death,
Justice over silence,
Peace over despair.
