Half Past Summer, Two Months Till Fall Poetry Contest

It’s still summer time now!
But it will end soon.
When Fall comes, sun is low.
There will still be sun and moon.
Leaves from trees fell slow.

It’s That Time of Year: It’s So Hot!

There are four seasons every year on earth.
They are Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter.
The season now is like boiling water.
This season is mostly good for the plants.
Well, experts say that plants need much sunlight.
All living things need sunlight to live too.
It’s so hot, but need to get used to it.

Oh, the sun! The sun! The bright shining sun!
Some brightness is enough to light up sky.
Not too few and not too much that hurts eyes.
We know you’re here by looking up the sky.
You are gone above when he starts to cry.
You make nature and humans have new life.
You may be there until the end of life.

A Flashback: The Rolling Stones

The Rolling Stones,
a prominent singer of ANGIE

“UNDER MY THUMB,
the girl who once had me down”

He may wish to create a portrait,
and PAINT IT BLACK

When people make wishes,
He says “YOU CAN’T ALWAYS GET WHAT YOU WANT”

It’s autumn now,
TUMBLIN DICE here and there

When going to barn,
WILD HORSES seen afar

Being in an odd town,
HONKY TONK WOMEN lived there

Each day a new beginning,
like emerald Monday and RUBY TUESDAY

A Flashback of Life - The Tesla

A birth of new life
In the middle of the night
He stands still

Showered upon the earth
Bringing new hope and beginnings
Accomplishing their will

The making of curiosity
The earth's feature
Brought his mind and body on a hill

A Pious Place in the United States of America

A major street along the country
A place minds are calmed,
Listening to Holy word
And words of wisdom into heart

A Holy place
created by Heavenly Father
To turn us into good
And away from evil

A Tale: Alice in the Outerspace

Once blown to darkness
No moon nor stars
Only rocks and planets
What else can be done?

Once met a prince
Thought stuck forever
No faith nor hope
That will be saved

A princess came by
To ask and assist
Wondering in mind
And saved the prince

Vibrant Colors Above Clouds

Look at the sky,
different colors are seen.
Vibrant, cool, and warm colors
make lives joyful and bring hope.

An Interrogation: What’s Heartbroken?

Have you ever wondered about this word?
The word heartbroken, what is this?
Hearing this word seems sad, very sad
No one ever want to encounter this
But there is no choice, nothing else to do

Heartbroken define as separation
It may be a couple or loved one
Leaving them behind or begin new life
Past is the past, can’t be returned
What about the vows during marriage?

We are all created by God
All of us as well as everything
It’s sad to let one stay alone
This, in turn, may hurt one’s feelings
Let’s be here for one another

It hurts, it really really hurts
Bade goodbye to one another
Your life, my life may have ups and downs
Don’t make things that will be heartbreaking

This is My Story

My life has ups and downs
Sometimes happy, sad, and angry
But in the end will have forgiveness
As we are all made by Father in Heaven

This is my story, this is my life
A person who is silent
But will be here by your side
To give the best of mine

Those We Love

Those we love won't go away
They walk beside us every day
Having a smile on face each day

We always treasure every time
Making them like a dime
But not treating them like a lime
