Lord We See You

You choose to let us see You,
You paint Your Glory in the sky
You show Your power in the ocean waves,
and new life in Your butterfly

We've no excuse, You've shown us
who you are and why you came
Your majestic mountains show Your beauty,
like Your rainbow after the rain.

The winter shows Your faithfulness,
as summer shows its face
and the dew clings to the spider's
web and shines like silver lace

Your meadows show Your kindness,
as it hides the newborn fawn
Your wind whispers "I Love You"
through the trees before the dawn

The flower shows Your Mercy,
as it dies and blooms again,
and in each sunrise, we see Your Grace,
as each new day begins.

Your word tells us, the rocks will sing,
and the mountains leap with joy,
So how can we not praise You Lord?
when all creation declares Your Glory.

A Night Like No Other

He came as a babe in a manger,
left His Throne and His Glory above,
To bring us His grace and salvation
and show us the meaning of love

And the angels, they wept, for they knew of the things as a Man upon Earth He must face.
Of the trials, temptations and the meanness of men, just to bring them salvation and grace

They had only a stall in a stable to spare,
for there was no more room in the Inn,
So our precious baby Jesus was born in the straw,
for our King, what a way to begin

On a night like no other, it was dark, but bright light, from a star in the sky shown down
on the place in the straw where the baby was lain,
as if lighting the way to be found.

And the animals drew close to protect and give warmth to this baby so helpless and small,
as if they knew He was special,
He was born for great things,
and someday would save us all

And although they were sad, the Angels, they sang, Glory to God in the Highest.
For they knew who He was, who He was born to be, then that night became still and silent.

And the angles they spoke to the shepherd’s near by and told them to not be afraid,
for we bring you good tidings and Wonderful News,
the shepherds fell on their knees and prayed.

Then they followed that star to the stable,
where the angel had said he would be.
When they looked on this baby,
they bowed down in awe,
for they knew they were seeing their King

Then the wisemen they came from far distant lands
and they carried their gifts of great worth.
And they bowed down and worshiped this tiny King, whom they’d awaited so long for his birth

Yes He came as a babe in a manger,
walked this earth as a teacher and friend,
gave sight to the blind healed the sick and the lame, gave hope to the hopeless and then....

As the angels stood ready to come to His aid,
one word and they’d rescue this King.
He died on a Hill on a Cross all alone,
Love, life and mercy to bring.

And that gift that He brought on that night long ago
as He laid in that manger of hay,
is still offered to all just as it was then,
won’t you call on His name today

Yes wise men still seek Him
and Angels still sing.
And all of creation points the way to our King

A Walk With My Savior

You are my Rock, my Strong hold,
You’re the reason I can sing.
You’re my Hope in times of trouble,
You’re my Savior, You’re my King.

I stand amazed, You love me,
A sinner, a wretched soul.
Yet You give me refuge in the shadow of Your wings,
And lift me from the miry hole.

Each time I stumble, You catch me,
When I’m weak Your strength is more,
When my soul is heavy and my hope is gone,
You lead me to Your shore.

Then You sit with me, and we talk a bit,
You remind me of Your great love,
That its deeper, wider, and stronger still,
Than the Heavens are above.

That just because I can’t see You,
Doesn’t mean that Your not there.
And the times when I can’t feel You,
Doesn’t mean that You don’t care.

That my journeys not always an easy one,
Sometimes the mountains are hard to climb.
But I’ll always make it to the top,
If I keep Your hand in mine.

You say to keep going and don’t give up,
you haven’t finished with your plans.
And when I feel I can’t go on,
To remember with you I can.

You say you’ll always be here,
I’ll never walk alone.
That You will see me safely through,
Until you bring me home.

YOURS

With gentle hands you formed me,
made my eyes my mouth my nose,
then you set your plan in motion,
to accomplish as you chose.

You’re familiar with each time I fail
and you know each victory
And you know my every thought Lord,
before one of them comes to be.

You chose me Lord to be yours,
before the world began,
you pursue me Lord with kindness,
My name is written on your hand

You call me to be a blessing,
to glorify your name,
and although some things I don’t understand,
you love me just the same

Your plans for me are perfect,
in my weakness you are strong
you set my feet on solid ground,
I know where I belong

So here’s my heart please take it Lord,
and mold it as you will,
Make me a blessing to someone today,
as I wait quite and still.

Create in me a heart like yours,
help me to love your way,
Let me see people through your eyes Lord,
please make me a blessing today!

JESUS OUR KING

The sky remains silent, the clouds remain still,
The mountains still stand and the seas remain filled.
The saints clothed in white ask the Lord how much longer?
Will your world remain broken and this evil grow stronger?

This babe in the manger came to conquer and save.
How long till you take back this world that you made?
The angels sing Holy, Lord righteous and true
But the only ones that hear them are those who love you.

Jesus stands up, with his arms open wide,
He looks to the Father with tears in His eyes.
He asks can we go? can we get them today?
but the father says no Son,  there are still ones to save.

But we will go soon, and do what you came to do.
we will gather our children, and make this world new.
the trumpet will sound, and Our people will rise.
And oh what a reunion there will be in the sky’s.

The sky will turn dark and the mountains will crumble,
the seas will spill over and the heavens will rumble,
oh hallelujah the angels will sing,
that babe in the manger is our conquering King

Life

Our lives are full of mountains high
And valleys dark and deep,
But my Lord, He knows where each mountain lies,
And where each valley sleeps.

So if I take his outstretched hand
And follow close behind,
He’ll lead me through those valleys
And up the mountains side.

He rejoices with my happiness
And comforts me in sorrow,
I cannot think where I might be,
If I didn’t have him to follow.

So if your life feels hopeless,
and no one understands,
And there’s no one there to help you.
I know a man who can.

His voice can calm the oceans,
His hand stopped the wind and the waves,
He turned water into wedding wine,
And He walked right out of that grave.

He wants to give you joy and peace,
Your broken life He’ll mend,
His arms are outstretched; He’s calling your name.
Won’t you let him in … ?
