Miss Acelot Poem
And I step out into the unknown
The rain has just begun
I gently stand up from the tree
And I begin to notice
That after all that has happened
And by love mutilated
I sit and think
How could I have lived
But, yet, for the first time
In this unjust life
From bleeding my heart has stopped
And nothing hurts anymore
And, as if it doesn't matter what they did
Back in the old days
For I have forgotten all that happened
And finally, I am reconciled with myself

Miss Acelot Poem
I thought I healed
There where no cuts visible
But the pain was still there
And I still feel blood dripping
This time, it was under my skin
It was too late when I realized
That the one who bled
Was actually my heart

Miss Acelot Poem
As I close my eyes
I see them again
Phantoms of the past
Are the here to warn me
Or to punish me for my sins?
They don't leave my side
I don't see them during day
But I feel them everywhere
I hear them
"You're going to end up like your mother"
Haunting me
And I have no escape
As I am a prizonier of my own mind

Miss Acelot Poem
They came to take us
To pay for our sins
And I waited
And waited
But they never came
So I thought
Why did the angels forgive me
And I can't

Miss Acelot Poem
"You are my home"
Wish I could say that
But unlike home
You actually make me feel safe
