A NEW HOPE

It's a dirty game! Some people'll say
it's not a type I'll ever in my life play!
But you that claim clean, why don't you enter in?
And go make that dirty game clean?

I bet you'll be mute
For it is the truth
That no single human being
Can a championship in politics be he

But I must confess, it's not either clean
For our forefathers in the wrong way they did lead
And I wonder if our present leaders ever realized
That in the same pattern the younger ones will rise

What a messed up government we surely have
Oh! What misguided representatives we foolishly rely
When are we going to our history to study?
When are we going to reestablish our economy?
Inflation and deflation, always up and always down
When are we going to shock the whole world and stand out?
Now it's either God or man
But by now I bet we're tired of seeing the faces of man.

HEART CRY

There's this prayer in my heart
Chanting everyday like I can't live without
Consuming my mind, my body and soul
Silently taking control of my whole.

There's this King in heaven who has promised me peace
So I take all my troubles and leave it at his feet
Those silent cries, of course he hears
Those hardened vows, I have to adhere.

But my feet are shaking, my hope is failing
This prayer has lasted so long, my heart is aching
Yes, I believe all that he has promised
But I can no longer control my pulses.

At my lowest and wretched state, I still look into the sky
Waiting for a glimpse of hope not minding the price
He can never forsake his beloved, at least I believe so
But never the less, don't forsake my loyal soul as I wait in one glimpse of silence with great faith untold.

FOREVER ECSTASY

She got you singing the best song she ever heard in her life
Just thinking about her was enough to make you smile
You keep thinking "I can't really believe that she's mine"
Everything just turned out to be a surprise.

After so many years of being a friend
You could buy her the best wears in latest trend
You could barely close your eyes while lying on your bed
And then you got the whole stadium singing about her, yes!

Oh! What an incredible feeling
When you're with her, you're barely thinking
Looking at the stars, she's with you all night
Describing the feeling is hard, but it was indeed sublime!

Oh! What a feeling of extreme ecstasy!
You couldn't bare to look away for a minute
This feelings, you're sure would never wear off
You were determined to do it whatever the cost
She also was always flabagasted
She also wished the whole thing lasted
She seemed to be the brightest diamond in life
And she'll forever be your treasure in the sky!

IS THIS WHAT WE CALL MATURITY?

Is this what we call maturity?

Gradually abandoning the only thing that made us happy?
Gradually leaving behind friends that worth more than gold?
Gradually doing everything we said we'd never do?
Gradually becoming like those adults we thought we'd never be?

Is this what we call maturity?

Loosing sanity over situations we don't even know how to fix?
Loosing tracks of the road that could lead back to ignorance?
Loosing friends that could no longer worth more than gold?
Loosing sleep that's now replaced with continuous Overthinking?

Is this what we call maturity?

Going astray and not being able to find our way back home?
Going far away from our comfort zone just to mingle with wolves?
Going everywhere and nowhere, but yet always have to be somewhere?
Going back to those "bad friends" because we couldn't find love at home anymore?

Is this what we call maturity?

Always plastering a mask on our face to cover the shame?
Always speaking in deceit just to put food on our table?
Always making decisions for God because he understands?
Always living a triangle or a rectangle because we can't afford a leave?

No, i don't wish to be a child again
No, i don't wish to be ignorant again
No, i don't wish to be too loving again
But if not, then what exactly is the essence?

What exactly is the essence of life?
Why do we all want to get matured so fast?
What exactly is the benefit of these lies?
Why do we all want to live like it's alright?

We're all gonna be an adult soon and we don't know what to do
And only time will tell if we pull through

Hmm

Is this what we call maturity?
