Old Friend

Please keep it down, I can’t think straight,
Putting thoughts in my head,
I don’t know how much more I can take,
These voices they have control of me,
They make me do things, I can’t think straight,
The things I’ve done, the people I’ve hurt,
I’m dangerous, this life I do not deserve,
Should I really be here or is it my time to go,
In my ear whispering, I can’t think straight,
Their words so cruel and threatening,
I never know what’s going to come next,
Making me feel, it’s time to meet death as an old friend.

Nightmares

I hate having bad dreams,
They can taunt you and torture you,
Scare you and male you scream,
There are many more things they can also do,
Like hurt you, harm you,
Make you cry out in pain,
You can do things in them you would never do,
Like murdering people and constantly being left with a blood stain,
Bad dreams aren’t just bad dreams, they’re nightmares.

Voices

The voices are so loud they’re deafening,
They’re cruel, mean and threating,
Torturing over and over, night and day,
Revelling in what to them is play,
Screaming, yelling, pulling me down,
I rarely have a smile, instead it’s a frown,
The pain is crippling me to no end,
But I can’t show it, I have to pretend.

Pain

My body trembles, it vibrates,
Daily, reminding me of my futures fate,
I’m young and already it’s crippling,
I don’t know how much more I can take,
But I keep going, for others sake,
If they weren’t here, I don’t think I would be,
Everything is just starting to become too much,
It’s all just to painful, even a touch.
