Crystal Jennings Poem
Four boys and one girl thats what grandma and grandpa brought into this world.
When they were small, they would share one shinny red trike,as they grew older
they fought for a turn to ride the big kids bike.
Clothes and toys were all passed down from hand to hand, their stomaches were
filled with what they grew in the garden on their family owned land.
At bedtime you would always hear the whispers of a story going from ear to ear,
they were never about much, but they wasn't for grandma and grandpa to hear.
The four boys would aways guard and protect their one and only sister,
each of them took her under his wing.
One sunday morning our preacher asked the young girl,do you ever wished the
boys were girls?
She replied,no sir,i wouldn't change a thing.
The bond that these siblings share is like nothing on earth.
It last untill death and starts at birth....

Crystal Jennings Poem
Late one night the lord took my brother away, for a very short time i wondered just where my
brother was going to stay. Then i came to realize the lord had caalled him home, for no longer
on earth would he have to roam.
For thirty one years in circles he went, the lord stopped the circles with the angels he sent.I
pray to see Rick and its very hard to wait, but this i know when the lord calls me home,my
brother will be standing at the gait.

Crystal Jennings Poem
It happened late one afternoon.A wink of an eye,a smile on a face,a sweaty palm,a shaky
hand,it happened late one afternoon.A walk in the park, dinner for two,the sharing of one
fork,a pallet on the floor,it happened late one afternoon.Holding hands in public,a kiss for no
reason a hug because your here,a midday back rub,it happened late one afternoon. What
happened you ask?I'll tell you my friend , what happened late one afternoon, its love,i fell in
love late one afternoon.

Crystal Jennings Poem
Siblings:In my family there was just us three,an older brother, a middle sister and little ole
me.Our futures were determined by good ole mom and dad,As long as we done what we was
told nobody would get mad.The oldest,my brother, he was the brain. The middle child,my
sister would take away all the pain. Now being the baby i was to know right from wrong and
good from bad,all this taught to me by my brothet and sis.I didn't,i wouldnt always listen,oh
those days i do miss. This baby wishes she could turn back time.I dont know to where, but i do
know to when.I will listen this time...

Crystal Jennings Poem
Trust, where and when can you find it?I know it dont come easy and you cant buy it.Trust can
be lost in less than a minute, and may take years to gain.Once you have gave or received
trust, you wont feel the same.If you are lucky enoughin a lifetime to experience real and true
trust, hold on to it tight.Always know that trust isn't free and you will not earn it overnight.
