Fae Amin Poem
Although not for their color, I have always admired lavender.
I planted a bunch of them in my garden. The garden that I grow with my soul.
Wishing to get calm and peace after the storm.
I gave one to the people each day. Only hoped it would bring peace to myself
All of the flowers I gave out, made others smile. I asked myself, if I gave enough flowers, can someone give them back to me and call me “mine”?
Would I be shown care about the good I did? Or would all my efforts be neglected?
I met the sun as it made the lavender grow.
I wish her to melt my cold soul if I get its warmth too.
But the sun only burns my skin. Making me feel suffocated.
I just run towards the moon to admire its silence.
That silence brought a little peace in me as I sat with the lavender I planted. The thoughts started to rush back into my mind.
There's something about them That I haven't yet discovered.
How the lavender that grows in summer survives the cold.
Just like my body is surviving with my cold soul.
Is it me or the flower I planted in my garden?
Would it be wrong to be asked "You’re okay" once in a while?
But later in the night when I sit in my garden
I realized that the prettiest flowers
Are the ones that grow alone.
I planted the lavender in my soul.
Hoping it would withstand its cold.

Fae Amin Poem
AM I HUMAN YET?
They say humans love change.
it's their nature to chase the end.
Like they wouldn't mind to tear things apart.
Whether it's love, friendship, or past.
The bond they created with a lot of love
Can be replaced by anyone on mutual terms.
It's like a democracy hidden in lies.
You never know when someone quit to be on your side.
It's easy for them to cut the strings
Like they weren't attached to the other human being.
I see human changes in their beliefs, values, and dreams.
Doesn't care about the scars it may leave.
They change their nature as frequently as rivers flow freely.
Then justify this by saying that is how humans are wired to be.
But for me, I struggle to do all these
Bound by the feelings that cling so tightly to me.
Is this what makes me human, or sets me free?

Fae Amin Poem
Life is full of surprising things. we meet people that are meant to be. All of a sudden and kind of unexpectedly. you found me cute and I thought u were great.
That first time you hugged me It felt like you had known me for a century
I looked at you and thought for a while how could someone be so mild?
if we dig deep ourselves, just how opposite we are to compare
you’re realistic and I’m a dreamer you’re quiet and I’m a screamer
you’re pure as pearl and I carry a devilish side. We’re just soulmates with the opposite vibe
you hide your pain behind smiles and I don’t give a damn about tides. You’re the calm river and I’m the feisty fire
Contrary to every angle in our attires.
Sometimes I wonder how she got me in
I’m the complete polar of her yet perfectly fit in.
you live your life with perfection I live as if it is just fun.
you’re too kind for the world and I’m a reckless bum
you’re pure as a pearl and I carry a devilish side.
were just soulmates with the opposite vibe
You want to be the sky and want to be a star.
well never be separate either near or far. I feel like royalty as you treat me like one.
you'll always be the friend I want for life. when your sky gets dark at night.
I'll be your star to make it bright, let’s live our lives as we want to live.
together we are like SpongeBob and Patrick.
you’re pure as a pearl and I carry a devilish side
just soulmates with opposite vibes.
