Blind Man’s Five-Legged Dog Rap
Yo, gather 'round the table, let me spin you a tale, 'Bout a blind man named Benny, he was never frail. Owned a dog with five legs, yeah, you heard it right, A mutant pup named Lucky, always ready to fight.
Benny rocked the shades, couldn’t see the light, But his other senses? Man, they were outta sight. Lucky had an extra leg, like a secret weapon, They rolled through the streets, causing quite a commotion.
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
Benny navigated alleys, bumpin’ into walls, Lucky led the way, five legs strutting down the halls. People stared, jaws dropped, couldn’t believe their eyes, Blind man and his mutant dog, takin’ 'em by surprise.
Lucky barked in Morse code, Benny decoded the signs, They formed a secret language, like two partners in crime. Five legs, seven legs, it didn’t matter at all, They danced to their rhythm, answering destiny’s call.
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
Benny dropped rhymes like bombs, Lucky howled along, They spit fire in the streets, became a local phenomenon. Benny’s shades hid his eyes, but his heart saw it all, Lucky’s five legs tapped to the beat, answering the call.
They battled haters, skeptics, and doubters, Benny’s blind faith, Lucky’s mutant powers. They rapped about sunsets, moonbeams, and stars, A blind man’s dreams, a five-legged dog’s memoirs.
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
One day, Benny tripped over a loose brick, Lucky caught him mid-fall, their bond thick. They laughed it off, Benny said, “Lucky, my friend, We’re a cosmic glitch, a wild twist in the end.”
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
So next time you see a blind man and his mutant pup, Remember Benny and Lucky, never giving up. They taught us life’s a rap battle, and love’s the key, Blind man, five-legged dog, forever wild and free
Lucky had swagger, five legs movin’ like a dance, Benny dropped bars, took a chance, enhanced. They rolled through the city, Benny’s shades on tight, Lucky’s tail waggin’, they owned the neon night.
Benny whispered secrets to Lucky’s floppy ear, About stars, moon pies, and the meaning of fear. Lucky barked back, “Yo, Benny, we’re cosmic freaks, Five legs, seven legs, we’re the universe’s leaks.”
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
They battled rival crews, the “Four-Eyed Crows,” Lucky growled, Benny rhymed, stole the show. Benny’s shades hid tears, Lucky licked 'em away, They were more than a duo; they were a cosmic display.
Lucky’s fifth leg tapped Morse code on the floor, Benny translated: “We’re legends, forevermore.” They spit fire in rhyme battles, left jaws agape, Blind man, mutant dog, rewriting fate’s tape.
Blind man, five-legged dog, sittin’ at a seven-legged table, Life’s a crazy carnival, and they’re the main fable. Benny’s got the flow, Lucky’s got the bark, Together they’re unstoppable, lighting up the dark.
One day, Benny whispered, “Lucky, my friend, We’re like jazz notes in a cosmic blend. Blindness ain’t a curse; it’s a secret key, Unlocking the universe, setting us free.”
They taught us life’s a rap battle, and love’s the key, Blind man, five-legged dog, forever wild and free.
Imagine them now,
Sitting at a round table,
with 5 corners and 8 legs.
The table running off like a spider.
Leaving benny and Lucky to be,
A happy old chappy,
And a skippy low rider!

James Bevan Poem
Stammering Keir Starmer....
This Keir Starmer,
He's a Grandma harmer,
Not a ganja farmer.
He's a Bit of a dahmer,
Here in Britain,
Nothings calmer,
Like this Man,
Is a body embalmer.
Where's his charm-a,
A political armor,
In the House of Commons,
He’s a drama armer.
Policies not tighter,
A non-future igniter,
In the UK scene,
He’s a headline writer.
In this war though,
He's No kind of fighter.
His future's dark,
Though he promises brighter.
See,
Keir stammers so much,
He cant hold a damn lighter!
I bet you as well,
He's a cock 'n' ball biter.
Once hes been in your sheets,
They'll never again be whiter!
Spot the difference,
between him and a flying pig,
'F' is what you're looking for,
though lying ain't big.
Stammering Sir Starmer,
now he wears a minister's wig,
Hell Bent and broken,
he'll snap like a twig.
He can't handle his station,
like a dog can't a fig,
It's a toxication,
of our nation,
getting too big.
Causing damnation,
as he takes the public down,
With his damn inflation,
he's the unwanted,
Talk of the town.
Promises made,
but they're all just smoke,
In the halls of power,
He's a cruel joke.
Bent truths and twisted lies,
he's playing the game,
But the people see through,
they know his name!

James Bevan Poem
I know I’m dying,
we all are,
that’s life’s game,
But mine’s sped up by cancer,
it’s not the same.
Don’t worry,
Liz,
everything’s gonna be alright,
See,
I’ll be here ‘til I’m 85,
or until my last goodnight.
Set your worry shackles free,
believe in what’s to be,
A future bright and hopeful,
just you and me.
We’ll light the sky with vibes,
full of love and fluffy things,
No cash promises,
but I'll bring what love brings.
Forever your shield,
always your knight,
Wine and dine,
Whatever the night.
Taking us places our hearts never seen,
Living life large,
no in-between.
Sail with me to lands unknown,
Traverse the world,
make it our own.
Set our wings free,
break every chain,
In this crazy game of life,
we’ll never be the same.
Filled with memories,
joy on blast,
Together,
babe,
we’ll make it last.
With passion’s fire,
we’ll light the night,
In each other’s arms,
holding tight.
The world’s our stage,
love’s our play,
We’ll rock this life,
come what may.
Feel the heat,
my love,
let’s ignite,
In your embrace,
everything’s right.
Through every storm,
through every fight,
With you,
my love,
life’s pure delight!

James Bevan Poem
I met this stranger the other day....
I met a stranger just the other day,
Wandering the halls,
in a hospital’s way.
My mind was spinning,
feeling so low,
But this kind soul made my troubles go.
Gave me comfort with a heart of gold,
Words like magic,
warmed me from the cold.
Cheered me up,
just bein' kind,
An hour late ‘cause I was cryin’,
lost in my mind.
Kindness can surprise,
catch you unaware,
But let it in,
if their soul’s laid bare.
This stranger helped me in the night,
Their kindness a beacon,
shining bright.
I’m in a happy love,
with feelings so true,
Talkin’ ‘bout my loved ones,
tears just flew.
Their love and support,
my solid ground,
But speakin' of them,
tears came down.
Sometimes you need someone when you're feelin’ low,
A soul to lift you up,
let your spirit glow.
This stranger gave an hour,
showin' they cared,
Listenin' to my story,
knowin' they were there.
No matter the sex,
male or female,
Who cares about labels,
let them prevail.
If they’ve got a good soul,
that's what counts,
Inside is where true worth mounts.
Even bought my book,
'Fate is Inexorable, Fighter Mode',
Such a big heart,
on this heavy road.
Hope we meet again,
not to be estranged,
This stranger’s kindness,
my thoughts rearranged.
So there I was,
jarred back,
feelin' pain,
Stranger came out to the pourin' rain.
Asked if I was okay,
seemed surreal,
I was thinkin' the same,
in a dream so real.
Met this stranger just the other day,
Helped me out,
listened to what I had to say.
I spoke incoherently,
they stayed true,
Hung on every word,
before we said adieu.
Unexpected moments,
caught me off guard,
Hate cryin' in front of folks,
it’s so hard.
In my wheelchair,
feelin' three feet tall,
Talkin’ to a stranger,
emotions did fall.
As we parted ways,
I felt a glow,
A stranger's kindness,
now I know.
In a world so cold,
they brought the heat,
With their big heart,
made me feel complete.
Thank you,
stranger,
for the time you gave,
Your kindness and care,
the way you stayed.
In this life’s journey,
we crossed paths,
Now my heart feels the warmth that lasts.

James Bevan Poem
What would you do?
If it wasn't for my Partner and kids,
My Mates and family too,
I'd be up the creek without a paddle,
Literally,
What would I do?
How would we go about things alone?
So many wrong choices that we'd choose.
We'd have neigh on no advice,
Through any situation,
To help us get through.
Who'd be there for us,
To open up and talk to?
I really don't know what i'd do.
Especially when strangers,
you dont know are true.
If it wasn't for yours,
What would 'you' do?

James Bevan Poem
Without my partner, our kids, mates, and family,
I'd be lost, adrift, no direction.
Literally up the creek without a paddle.
What would I do?
How would we navigate alone?
So many wrong choices we'd inevitably make.
No advice to steer us through life's storms,
No support in moments of doubt.
Who'd be there to listen,
To offer a shoulder, a kind word?
It's hard to fathom,
How I'd manage without that network.
Especially when strangers are just that,
Unknown, uncertain.
Without yours,
What would you do?

James Bevan Poem
Metaphorical version of,
'You're dying....'
I’m Cancer,
creeping from the shadows of hell,
A curse unleashed,
where darkness dwells.
No lying,
I’m here,
your silent dread,
I thrive in your fear,
where hope has fled.
I’m happy,
you’re crying,
your tears fuel my fire,
Years fighting,
years trying,
yet I never tire.
I set in deep,
roots of despair,
A shadowy curse,
a nightmare’s snare.
You’re dying,
no denying,
I tighten my grip,
A relentless force,
a sinking ship.
For over half,
death’s the only escape,
Swift and merciless,
or a slow,
agonizing fate.
I’m the storm in your veins,
the darkness in your soul,
A relentless beast,
taking its toll.
I thrive in your fear,
your silent screams,
A curse from the abyss,
shattering dreams.
I’m the shadow in the night,
the dread in your eyes,
A relentless plague,
a master of disguise.
I’m Cancer,
no lying,
I revel in your pain,
A dark cloud,
a relentless,
unending rain.
Years fighting,
years trying,
yet I never tire,
I’m happy,
you’re crying,
your tears fuel my fire.
You’re dying, no denying,
I tighten my grip,
A relentless force,
a sinking ship.
In the depths of despair,
I reign supreme,
A curse from the shadows,
a dark,
twisted dream.
I’m Cancer,
no lying,
I revel in your pain,
A dark cloud, a relentless,
unending rain.

Heart and soul,
Roam free!

James Bevan Poem
If i could just save one life....
If the words you write can light just one flame,
Ignite the night,
end someone's pain.
We each have one arrow,
life’s bow to string,
Whatever life aims,
let your heart sing.
Take me,
for example,
I’m in life’s arena,
Fighting cancer's shadow,
my spirit’s ballerina.
Smile through the storm,
dance in the rain,
Even when days are tough,
endure the strain.
Some days are tempests,
waves crashing down,
Want to sink in the sorrow,
let tears drown.
But hold on tight,
here’s the way to stay strong,
Face the storm tomorrow,
keep moving along.
Always chase the dawn,
its golden thread,
Don’t look back at ghosts,
they’re better left dead.
Life’s a river,
let your emotions flow,
Free yourself from depression's undertow.
My life's a garden,
each bloom a new chance,
Fight through the weeds,
let your spirit dance.
Some days the rain falls,
chilling and cold,
But the sun breaks through,
your story unfolds.
In this battlefield of life,
hope’s my shield,
Slicing through doubts,
never to yield.
Shadows may cast their spell,
dark and broad,
But light up the night,
you’re the lantern’s prod.
Time ticks on,
each moment a beat,
Dance with the rhythm,
don't accept defeat.
In the storm’s chaos,
find your grace,
Smile through the madness,
keep pace.
Heartbeats are drums,
echoing life's call,
In the symphony of struggle,
rise tall.
Through valleys and peaks,
stand your ground,
In life's concert,
let your strength resound.
Through my pain,
I rise,
a phoenix in flight,
In this game of life,
I burn so bright.
If my words can save,
even just one soul,
Then my journey’s worth it,
I've reached my goal.
Stay strong,
let every moment gleam,
In this life,
climb every mountain,
chase every dream.
With a smile,
face the trials each day,
Live with hope,
let your spirit sway.
