The trees' lament

The tree sheds tears when
It's leaves are shed in the glen
It feels a piece of it is ripped apart
When the fruits rot and fall from it like a dart
It feels pained when the beautiful flowers wilt
But it feels pushed to the hilt
When mankind , to who it has given its heart and soul
Cuts its bark down whole
Such; is the tree's tenderness
Which we need in our own feelings to address
The finer qualities of life
Which will carry us through every strife

Chronicles of the wayfaring sea

The sea stretches across a vast expanse
Blue and white, do the waves prance
As a boat struggles to stay afloat
When the waves draw themselves to their height entire
The folks crouch down and say oh sire!
Spare us of your wrath
For sinners and saints are we
And by every decree
Shall we adhere to our values
With a kind heart and a spirit free
The sea reduces to a mere dance
Its waves gentle as snow
Blue as the sky speckled with froth white
The orange sun now sheds light
Giving rise to a day anew
As golden and blue intersperse
Creating a sight spellbinding to man's eyes
In simplicity lies its beauty
Engulfing folk in mirth and joy
The ship peacefully sails ahoy

From the ravine to a straight road

Ravine: Oh road , you're on the straight and narrow
Your path is so very shallow
And the beings that pass by oh so mellow
Everyone's a jolly good fellow

Road: Dear ravine with your twists murky and deep
The deer indeed afraid to sleep
As the stealthy lion with his roving eye
From afar spies fair Game
With alaricity jumps on his prey to tame
The taste of different meat is never the same
Enough about the hunter, let's go to the topography
Majestic hills exuding poise over landscapes
Their peaks shimmering with the light of the sun
Slicing through the ice like a knife
And rivers which gurgle and sing
As their forge their merry part through the spring
Valleys so deep trenches so dark
No man fallen there can even holler hark
Different are we in our paths

Ravine:- Indeed you are a straight man
Whereas I a sinner,twisted and hardened
Yet the folks from my land more weathered and hardy
Whereas yours soft as a changeling and tardy

Road:-Hail Ravine, however different are we
We reach the same spot by every decree
I refined ,Whereas you rough
We are essentially one in soul and being
A team indeed as you are seeing

Ravine:- Sister Road, you've indeed left me spellbound
By this marvelous revelation profound

Memories

A shimmering thread binds thoughts together
Of moments of joy and sorrow
With a spring in our steps and a hope anew
Is the day tomorrow
The past is indeed a cherished treasure
As good ,memories fruit prevails and bitterness quelled
By the pen of positivity dispelled
Relishing a marvel indeed
With an inspiration for future good deeds
to the almighty we heed
And fellow brethren weave the golden threads of trust
Prancing through happiness's bread crust.
