Shoummojit Roy Poem
Family is...a promise,
Family is...a responsibility,
When there is respect, love,
Only then it has stability.
Homes with lust for money,
With no love, only self-interest.
What better they are than sand castles on beach...
...Transient, a disappointment at best!

Shoummojit Roy Poem
More than any master,
More than any preacher,
You are the best guide!
Yes! You are the best teacher.
Any excess of summer,
And you cool down as rain.
When the showers get too much,
The clouds drift...you peek again.
When the chilly nights of winter,
Get tough to bear, far too long,
Your warm comfort makes us smile,
In the warmth of spring, we can sing a song.
Like a master of trapeze,
You are all about balance.
You teach us control, harmony,
Yes... you always make sense.
Day and night,
Darkness and light,
There's never disagreement,
There's never a fight!
In you, great teacher,
All can exist side by side,
Desert, Valley, Hills and Plain,
Each gets its place of pride.
For the mind that understands,
For the eyes that truly see,
Your lessons are invaluable,
And they all come for free!
You are the best teacher,
That's what we can say.
We know you have done it forever,
And you will go on showing the way...

Shoummojit Roy Poem
A silent storm rages...it rages in his heart,
He watches his child being pulled apart.
As she whispers poison again in the ear,
His child drifts away, with doubt and fear.
Tears of anguish, a silent cry...
...he feels however hard he may try,
The judge there might turn a deaf ear to him,
Though his sadness fill his heart to the brim.
Twisted in the court his love so pure,
Can he win ever, he is not sure...
...but he knows it will not be in vain,
Tomorrow's victory will dwarf today's pain.
Rising from his heart, a voice so clear,
Tells him, "Hey, victory will be here!"
Your open arms will close in a warm embrace,
Your kid will be yours, do not just stress.
The night may be long, but the day will come.
The truth will rise, your heart won't be lonesome.
Your love, now lost, will find its way,
Wait for your child, wait for that day...

Shoummojit Roy Poem
Dad, do you know,
How much pain am I in?
I don't like mother's words anymore,
Cursing you daily, again and again!
Everyone else has a father.
Why can't I see you dad?
Why don't they let me see you?
The black-coat uncles are so bad.
I know how good you are.
So it feels like a big pain.
Everyday mom argues so much,
For you, she has such scorn, disdain.
So I sent this today,
Don't know if you'll get my letter.
Answer in secret if you do,
I also wrote how you can reply to it better.
