Tomes of Twi

a curious coin flipped free and fell forever fishing forgotten wondrous waves woven wide in a wishing well.
on it wandered heeding head and telling tale of a decisive certain self as written in "the tomes of twi,"
(tw0 t1mes as binary transcribed, preserved there once for each possible i)
deep deep down in mother drowned the coin where by and by
such hopeful heat grew glorious great and there where through and through
rock flows into and knows each other as it's one true self.
the coin once tossed now at a loss for ways as it draws near:
it felt the sway it knew so clear at start was at an end.
no longer flipped, but rather dripped,
as the heart it did approach with glee.
shuddering round and up and down it came to rest right here:
and here, the tomes of twi concur, some miracle occured...
for as a dot.
will light a line
the coin this time did rightly left decree:
to be nothing more than mystery?
the one true way, as some might say,
was told that day upon a sphere,
and there we see ourselves entwined
upon a perfect mirror.

Dawn

Memories of death and dark eminence
The long sleep, lingering last enemy
The coldest, lifeless, breathless silence
Ensues and consumes an eternity.
But hark, then slowly, after sightless sighs
The invisible and subtly faceless hides
Like 0 becoming 0.1 and then 0.3
Our own hero, here for thee
Distant in the deep, heralded by birds wee
sweet blue light seeps into the sky.
All is cleansed, to begin again
Reason returns, an ember burns
And then when fanned into a flame
His colors increase, the mystery ceased,
And let light linger from the East,
It comes glorious, gentle, and glistening,
All heaven and earth is now listening.
For Lo: Apollo knows what follows,
As the ancients scry, angels prophesy
Cockerels cry, until nigh the black bids “bye bye.”
Just as night is the mother of day
Never lost along the way
The pendulum swings, the trees sing and sway.
After long drawn shock and sorrow
Dawn has taken the time in the morrow.

Sun Sown

The Sun sows seeds of mirth
Now sprouting in a sea of dearth
The seeds will follow reason
From the fallow into life
Your season on this Earth.

The way my life weaves
The swaying of trees
My roots in the Earth will stay
A tree which grows towards the sun
Never would the journey done

Waves crashing on stone
Weave silence and tone
Seafoam sings prismatic spray
The last wave to reach the shore
Fell too fast to teach love’s Lore
