Writer's block

In the silence of the room, the writer sits still,
Pen poised on paper, but the words refuse to spill.
A blank page stares back, devoid of any thought,
Writer's block has struck, leaving inspiration caught.

The cursor blinks mockingly, a taunting dance,
As the writer struggles to find a new chance.
Ideas once flowed freely, like a river's gentle stream,
But now they're trapped, lost in a creative dream.

Frustration mounts, like a storm on the horizon,
The writer searches for a spark to reignite the passion.
Through the fog of doubt, a glimmer of hope appears,
A tiny seed of inspiration, breaking through the fears.

With a deep breath, the writer begins to write,
Slowly at first, then with increasing might.
The words start to flow, like a river unleashed,
Breaking through the block, the writer's soul is reached.

And so the writer conquers, with perseverance and grace,
Turning the struggle into a triumph, in this creative space.
For writer's block may come, but it will not stay,
As long as the writer continues to write, day by day.
