Why don't you stay

In my mind, you're always there
A constant presence, beyond compare
Leaving me feeling helpless and bare

You're my home, my soul's retreat
The one I long to come back to, sweet
Can't live without you, my heart skips a beat

You're the answer to my deepest prayer
The reason I exist, my love so rare
Special and precious, beyond compare

I made a mistake, I confess
One I'll never repeat, I must profess
My love for you will forever be the best

Think of us, and the days we shared
Beautiful memories, our love declared
Oh baby, think of me, and show you care

Indian Mythology

In the dense forest, Rama continued his walk
Seetha and Lakshmana following him, their steps slow and weak
Tiredness had spread across both their faces pale
While Rama, energetic, his spirit unbreakable

Seeing this, both asked Rama, with concern and dismay
'How do you walk, with such vigor, come what may?'
He only replied, with a gentle, knowing smile
'My heart finds strength in duty's noble might'

Through trials and tribulations, he led the way
And in his heart, a fire burned, night and day
His spirit unshaken, his will unbroken
His duty fulfilled, his honor unspoken

My Strength

In shattered dreams, I found my strength
Boldly facing loss, my heart did ache
Conquering fears, I rose at length

Through endless nights, I burned with fire
Burning midnight oil, my soul did aspire
Crowned with triumph, my heart did desire

The world may laugh, may joke, may scorn
But I stood firm, my vision unsworn
Conquering all, I rose to morn

For others, it was a distant gleam
But I made it real, my heart's esteem
Choosing few, who stood through the storm

And now I shine, with heart aglow
Basking in the glory, that I've sown
Celebrating victory, forever to grow

Dasher and Dancer's Christmas Eve Call Offs

The reindeer were sleighing through the snow's glow,
Their journey smooth, with Christmas magic in tow.
But Cupid, Santa's reindeer, fell ill in the night's shade,
The journey stopped, and Santa's heart was dismayed.

Santa feared he'd miss Christmas, and children would fade,
But then he thought of their joy, and his heart was displayed.
He rallied his elves and reindeer, to find a solution's might,
Together, they worked tirelessly, to save Christmas's light.

With a new reindeer in place, the sleigh took to the sky's sail,
Santa delivered gifts on time, with a twinkle in his eye's veil.
The children's faces lit up, with joy and delight's ray,
A Christmas miracle, thanks to teamwork and Christmas's way.

Mother's Day Gift

"My Mother, My Guiding Light

She was the first to see my face,
The first to hold me in a warm embrace.
She shaped me into the person I am today,
Teaching me to read, to write, and to find my way.

She instilled in me a spirit that never fades,
Encouraging me to face challenges head-on, unafraid.
She taught me to be strong, to survive, and to thrive,
To stand independent, and to reach for the sky.

I owe my life to her unwavering love,
Her guidance, support, and devotion from above.
My mother, my guiding light, my shining star,
Forever in my heart, near and far."

Colours of Love

We met at sunrise, when yellow skies
Painted the horizon with warm, golden sighs.
In a green field's embrace, our eyes first met,
And butterflies danced, beneath the blue above, beset.

My heart skipped beats as his hands touched mine,
In the earthy brown mud, our love's seed did entwine.
With a red rose, our whispers confessed,
Our love's promise, forever etched.

Yellow sunbeams lit our morning dew,
Green fields nurtured our love anew.
Blue skies reflected our endless sea,
Brown earth grounded our love's destiny.

Red rose petals sealed our heart's vow,
In colors of love, our story grew.

From Sunrise to Sunset

When sunrise first awakened our eyes,
My face, a vision, caught your loving gaze.
But it was your soul, so pure and wise,
That drew me in, and made my heart amaze.

Life was a canvas, painted with love's hue,
Until fate intervened, and our world anew.
An accident left its mark, my face, a scar,
I was shattered, lost, unable to travel far.

But you, my darling, saw beyond the pain,
Held my face, and whispered words that soothed my brain.
"I love your soul," you said, "not your face,"
And in that moment, our love found its sacred space.

And now, in sunset's glow, our love remains.

Cat and the paper

A curious cat hid from view,
In a sheet, thinking "I'm anew".
But its tail did betray,
Its hiding place in play,
The lady rushed by, none the wiser too.

The Enigma of Existence

"We live, yet the creator's name,
Remains unknown, an eternal flame.
Beyond parents, beyond earthly might,
Lies the mystery of our cosmic birthright.

This universe, a grand design,
Planets, galaxies, intertwined.
Our world, a haven, perfectly crafted,
For life to thrive, with every element crafted.

The human body, a marvel of might,
Digestive system, a symphony in sight.
Brain and mind, a puzzle so grand,
Capacity for growth, an endless expand.

But why do we strive, never content?
Why do we differ from animals' bent?
Why can't we soar through the open sky?
Questions lingering, as we wonder why.

Religion and language, human-made?
Or divine gifts, our souls to sway?
We fight for power, for fleeting fame,
Yet, in the end, our time's the same.

No power can stop our final call,
Death's inevitability, we must face all.
Then why do we bleed, why do we kill?
Is it for power, or an endless will?

Perhaps the answer lies within,
A reflection of our shared human kin.
Embracing love, compassion, and peace,
Might be the purpose we can't release."

Angel

"An angel in the sky, so divine and bright
So bright that it directly indulges to my soul
Filling me with peace, making my heart intact
Making me cry as my soul is ravished
Tears of joy and wonder, streaming down my face
Drop which dost purify the world for good
Flood of belief
Flood of good times
Flood of purity
People may cry of happiness
Refrain that cannot be destroyed
A symphony of souls, indomitably shining on
Shining on as long as people can see
And its light will guide them, through eternity
And forever"
