Here I Go Again

Here I go again 
broken deep inside
Try to run from my past 
and still got nowhere to hide 

Having nightmares 
all over again 
Waking up gasping for air 
wishing this would end 

I no longer feel safe 
in my own home 
So lost and confused 
And feeling all alone 

I can no longer go outside
All I can do is hide 
There's no way I'll be safe
Especially with him living on this side 

I want to runaway 
and never look back 
But I know I'll never be safe 
and that's a fact 

But where can I go
What can I do
My life is forever ruined 
Because of my Ex and the hell 
he put me through

But my husband and kids 
Will give me the strength 
to make it through
And you won't
keep me down 
For their love 
will pull me through

Being without you
is like the stars
without the moon

The hole I have in my heart
that's forever torn apart

Without you by my side
and the endless days I cry

Not knowing when 
If I'll ever see u again

For that day 
I'll wait and wait
Until that day 
you walk out that gate

And when that day
finally comes true
I'll sit here and wait and wait 
Just to be with you
