Breathe

Breathe can’t breathe
Sleep can’t sleep
Eat can’t eat
Water need water, I’m choking
Breathe can’t breathe
Shaking hands
Tight chest
Heart in my throat
White spots
Ears ringing
Body all numb
Water why am I under water, I’m drowning
Not drowning suffocating
Suffocating under the weight
The weight of life
Listen I scream
Please I beg and plead
Someone take the weight
But they just watch me in such a state
Watch me hit my knees
Knees already bruised from trying to get god to hear
To hear the pain
To hear my fear
All for it to fall on deaf ears
Silent voice hidden in shadow
The voices have taken over.

8 years apart

You were believed.

8 years apart, just for a start.
I got a belt but you were our mothers heart.
You left a taste oh so sweet and me just oh so tart.
The black sheep, forever marked.
For you people flocked, me they just mocked.
So with this I part, so before before you start.
Before you ask with all your heart.
That maybe we could just restart.
But now I’m starting to get parched.
So my Wisdom I will still impart.

Sister, you and I…..
Only one of us will die.
I was thinking maybe in July.
So look in to my eye.
And do not cry.
Don’t pretend like we even tied.
You lived while I died.
You laughed while I cried.
Now all I can do is step aside.
Because family i was denied.
All my life all I did was abide.
But Its just a tide.
A tide you use to hide.
The fact that when it was me I was simply denied.
But when it was you, there was everyone to confide.
We will never coincide.
For us that can’t be applied.
You asked how we would be described…..?

You were believed…. But i was deceived.

The touch of another

They said it was me
She obviously asked for it
Admit you lied they said
Dread filled me from the inside
Tried as I might
Despite my efforts
Fluorescent Light fades to black
Sank right back to that moment
Opponent much stronger, bigger
Triggers all pulled, the memories flood back
Attack after violent attack they roll in
Skin touched in sin, sin of another
Utter the words and hope god hears you
Untrue they scream

Count 1,2,3

Don’t eat, don’t drink, count your steps.
Count steps, count calories, always over think.
Make sure to hide the fact you were sick.
Rinse and repeat it’s how my brain ticks.
Down the throat just one little flick.
Just like a switch, all of a sudden I’m sick.
Throw it up, warm and burning, the taste of relief in my throat all thick.
Rinse and repeat, now brush my teeth.
Rinse away the evidence but be careful don’t swallow, you might choke.
Choking on calories that don’t even exist.
Don’t eat, don’t drink, count your steps.
Count steps, count calories, always over think.
Look in the mirror, see all those lumps ?
Soon I won’t have these humps.
The voices inside screaming, just one meal a day to keep family at bay.
Then when they aren’t looking don’t let it stay.
Just tell them your going out for a jay.
Down the throat, before it’s too late.
Can’t let them see you in this state.
