My wait

I await you,
Day and night,
Even my dreams are honoured by your presence

I await you,
To meet your comforting eyes,
Lost in a world of its glory
A beauty no spoken words can describe

I await you
Are you so merciless?
Keeping me so desperate,
Like a sailor to his lost ship
Hopeless, yet so assured by his deceiving thoughts

I await you,
Craving you scent
Craving your touch
Are you so merciless?
Are you so blind?
Rubbing salt on a wounded man
Open your eyes my dear,
Will you see my hopeless pleas?
Or will my wait be never ending?
Even then,
I shall await you

Plague

God, cure me of this disease,
A ever-lasting disease,
A disease of the heart,
A disease of the mind,
In which love-sick fools seem to linger,

I have looked far and wide,
For its end to come by,
God, how I wish this was a lie,
But now I'm amongst the infected,
Blindly, being by his side

God, forgive my sin,
The peace I once found in you
Has been conquered by him

Our first talk

I still remember our first talk,
A memory stuck in my mind,
Like a sinner to his sin,
Bless the man who revealed the secrets of love,
I now know I'm an addict
An addict of his laughs,
An addict of his words,
His smiles,
His talks,
His jokes,
His smell,
an addict to him...

I still remember our first talk,
Like time had no end,
Like a melody on repeat,
Like a dream drenched in honey of his sweet words,
Oh, dear angels,
Hide your envious eyes,
Had he not been in flesh,
He'd be god's beloved,

I still remember our first talk,
If you heard his voice,
You'd resent the great artists
If you saw his eyes,
You'd repent,
Hazel, like the first gleam of light on red oak wood,
If you smelt his Cologne,
You'd forget all the blessed scents of the earth

I still remember our first talk,
Till this moment,
I'm lost,
Lost in my memories,
Lost in a incomplete puzzel,
An inescapable maze,
A pardox,
These are my withdrawals,
But my drug is a Necesitiee,
As I fear for my future,
Will I ever finish this incomplete painting?
Will I ever find an end to my addiction?
My dear,
Love is an addiction for fools,
And i am a fool...

Sickness

I'm sick of you,
Tired of trying,
In love with your lies,
A mind-made paradise,
I made for myself,
All sugar coated with your colourless words,
That I dipped in my false hope

I'm sick of you,
Dreaming of restarting,
If I had the choice,
I would love with you in both lives,
Open your chained colours,
Your broken life,
Incomplete of love, by your restricting mind

I'm sick of myself,
Falling for your deceitful eyes,
A void covered by layers of veils,
When will I learn?
Drowning in my quixotic desires,
I await you,
To hear your voice again,
To melt under your gaze again,
To smile at your jokes again,
To embrace you, never let go
I guess, I'll never learn...
Fail and fail again...
