Assault

I felt that it was all my fault
But i am the victim of sexual assault.
Nobody seems to see it that way
I wish I could just fade.
I was quiet for what felt eternity
But I found peace in that impurity.
I really wanted to show what was going inside me,
But rather they eyed me,
I found none to whom I can confide in,
Because no one could understand my silence.
I felt embarrassed of myself,
But should I be?
Bcuz I had no control over my body,
He did.
I often think, people like me
Will Actually get true equity?
Justice for what happened,
justice for what's going to happen
Justice for people like me,
Is death sentence enough?
Death is nothing infront of what
I've been through,
But nobody can feel it
Because they are not in my shoe
let me tell you this,
It requires a lot of courage for a rape survival
to survive.

Regrets

Oh!I wish to be 20 again,
Living a life that I would never forget

Following my dream
Like a passionate bee,

Taking all those risks
Building my own dream house
With every hard earned bricks.

I wish i had enough courage
To do the things i was afraid of
Now i can only scoff

Travelling the whole world
Experiencing different stuffs
But now I'm living a life of a puff
Sitting in a corner
Like a foreigner

They say its never too late
But now it's actually too late
I always waited for right time to come
But then i realized I wasted my entire life in apologism

Now here I'm waiting for death to come
And give me a sympathetic hug

Oh! I wish to be 20 again.

First love

I miss us
The US which never existed
The late night calls,
The secret talks, sneak out,
And everything that falls
You were my treasure,
I found on my dark island
But now everything fells silent
Numb maybe
I was so used to you
That without you there was no me
I was always scared of being alone
Nevermind you moulded me into a stone
You didn't broke my heart babe
U took it with you
But i deserve to know for who
Was I so unlovable
Or was I too available.
I wish i could do the same
Wish you could know what it feels to be In flames
Love is such a blessing
But you made it a cursing.
But I realized I was not in love with you
I was in love with the idea of you.
