"What is Black Beauty?"
" I asked myself what is Black Beauty?
when looking at myself in the mirror."
How my nature curled kinky and linky hair twists .
See how long and short my braided hair ends.
to the top of my forehead or to my shoulder length.
What is Black Beauty?
Is it the darkest brown color of my eyes?
What is Black Beauty?
Is it in the almond, coffee , chocolate shade.
or the rich black coal colored of my skin .
What is Black Beauty?
It goes : to how wide and flat is my nose .
For it beginnings at the curl pattern of my hair ,
to the fullness of my lips .
But wait a minute now!
It goes straight down to my hips and my sexy thighs.
What is Black Beauty?
"I proudly say : it's me !”

Happy Earth Day
Nature is always in her beauty from sunrise to sunset,
Look at the colors that are on display.
Happy Earth Day,
The birds showing off their pretty wings and the ability to fly.
Happy Earth Day,
Flowers are ready in bloom, as the trees stand straight and tall.
Happy Earth Day ,
See how the grass grows.
Vast oceans are deep; the seas love how the tide touches the sand .
Happy Earth Day,
Where people and creatures call home.
Happy Earth Day,
Thanks to God, for the gift of all life here on earth.

If I was that bird flying so high,
would fear still: be able take a hold of me.
Dearing not to look down, at what's beneath of me ?
I wonder?
If was that ant ,
would I be brave enough to crawl outside of that hill?
To an environment beyond bigger than my size .
I wonder ?
If I was a rooster, can and would I .
Be on point every morning to sing cock-a doodle- doo:
with the beautiful of the sunrise?
I wonder?
If I could be just as busy as a worker bee.
showing off such resilience,
without stopping for a break from pollinate.
I wonder?
Maybe that slow like lazy sloth:
has the answer of how life and nature should go.
At a pace where no fear and everything is seen and nothing is a miss.

Mom's do lose control;
When we would rather believe ,
that being a mom is easy rather than hard.
Thinking it's just making breakfast,lunch and dinner.
Too doing the household chores, and kissing boos to make them all better.
But it's so much more than that , being a mom can be mentally, physically and emotionally exhausted.
That is why so many of us single moms fail.
When it’s too many clothes to fold,
and our emotions boil over into frustration,
that now has turned into anger.
As some mom will reach for the bottle and have a drink.
They would rather be drunk on their emotions and their behavior.
For it makes them feel less guilty of the outcome.
But for those who don't drink or use drugs to hide all the feelings of frustration and exhaustion.
They just had to let it out with the yelling and screaming at these children that they do love.
And because it wasn't too much and no single mom counseling.
We are now labeled as abusive moms .
The monster that has hurt her kids.
And now CPS already called in , as a single mom you failed,
it was too much of a mental, physical and emotional load.
This is what happens when a single mom loses control.
