Envious Eulogy

Twas a laugh a minute, a cry a day,
Then you found her, and she took you away,
The days are now weeks, Seconds now gone,
The music stopped playing on our love song.

She now has your smile, your touch and your laugh,
How much I miss you, you don’t know the half.
Never have I felt such pain in my heart,
Than when your with her, and not in my arms.

I see you with her, tears well in my eyes,
I watch from afar, my heart breaks inside,
But I had you once, and I let you go,
Now you've replaced me, and I am alone.

I learnt my lesson, I learnt it hard,
Now and forever my heart will be scarred.

Bella

Your there beside me when I walk,
An ear when I need to talk,
A hug when I need to cry,
Never needing to ask why.

Your always there to make me laugh,
Cheeky crushes on the staff,
Lots of wine and cups of tea,
Clearing my mind to help me see.

For me you’ve been a rock,
Answering before I need to knock,
A sister till the very end,
You truly are my best friend.

You

No point in regretting,
The past is the past,
I made a mistake,
But it wont be the last.
I'll tell you i'm sorry,
And it will be true,
But nothing can change me,
 Not even you.

Just a Blur.

I’m staring through the window
Watching the world go by
And then I see your face,
I try to catch your eye.
But no one outside can see me
To them I’m just a blur.
Nothing to be seen.
Nothing to be heard.

I’m staring through the window
Watching the world go by
And then I see your smile
It makes me want to cry.
But no one outside can see me
To them I’m just a blur.
Nothing to be seen.
Nothing to be heard.

I’m banging on the window
I try to get outside
Why can no one hear me?
I just don’t want to hide.
I want to be seen.
I want to be heard.
I want to be free.
Is that so absurd?

Oblivion

A tear escapes
slides down my tender cheek
as I hear your vacant voice,
the voice that used to be
so full of life,
of love,
that used to protect me in my
innocent oblivion.
But I’ve lost you now,
you’re an impossible distance away,
I’m searching with all my heart and will
but you don’t know to be found,
you don’t know I’m looking,
you don’t remember that you want me
to find you.
my tear falls,
and the crack in my heart grows
but for your sake I wont let it show.
Your oblivion is your only protection.

Hopeless

The hope is gone,
Nothing to hold on to anymore,
Though that sounds wrong.
Things can only get worse from here,
This downward slope,
Something to be feared,
Something that I dread,
It’s the poison inside your head,
That’s making you lose me,
Forget us,
Forget yourself,
But remember this,
I love you..
If nothing else.

Heres the Cloud

Heres the cloud..
       ..so wheres the silver lining?
All of a sudden
    Everythings so frightening.
Too much..
.. Too soon
This bubble is going to burst..
Its time to pause, stop
                          ...rewind.
