Uganda, my Uganda

Uganda,
My Uganda,
Your Uganda,
Our Uganda.

Land of freedom,
Land of victory,
Land of prosperity,
Land of hope,
And above all,
A land of success.

Where peace resides,
Where freedom resides,
Where calmness resides,
Where peace is peace,
Not pieces of peace.

Home of milk and honey,
Home of roses,
Home of hospitality,
Home of productivity,
Home for the homeless,
Home of everyone,

You are one of a kind

There is none like you
No one can soothe my heart like you do
However much I have searched
I have found none like you
Because
You are one of kind

Many are beautiful
Many are kind
Many are loving and caring
Many are appreciative
Many are intelligent.

But to me
None is beautiful than you
To me
None is kind than you
To me
None is loving and caring than you
To me
None is intelligent than you
To me
None is appreciative than you
You are one of a kind.

Alone

ALONE
In the dark of times
where I be alone
in agony and sorrow
alone
Not because am a loner
Or an introvert
But because am just alone

I fear
yes I do
but I got know help
I don't have anyone
By my side
Am alone.

Forever and ever

You will be mine,
Forever and ever,
You will love me,
Forever and ever,

Even families shall not separate us,
Even friends shall not separate us,
Not even a problem shall separate us,
Poverty shall not separate us,
Diseases shall not separate us,
May be,
Death shall separate us,
But No,
Because even after death,
We shall meet in heaven.

I shall call you mine,
And you shall call me yours,
 I shall love you,
I shall be by your side,
And you shall be by my side,
Forever and ever.

A cry for life

I raise my voice high
So that everyone can hear it
I raise my voice louder
So that everyone gets to hear me
Now I raise louder
So that all nations hear my cry

Hear my voice please everyone
Hear the cry that I make
I have tried to be loud and louder
But I always get know positive reply
Is it because am not heard
Or maybe the people I raise
My voice to are deaf.

What should I do?
To make my voice loud
Because I have tried every strategy
But my voice bounces back
What should I do for the best I want?
Should I follow what they say?
That actions speak louder than words
Should I act the anger on my heart?
This is a cry for life.

I HATE YOU

You made cry,
You made me curse the day I was born,
You made me ask God to put my life at halt,
You made reduction of my days on earth,
Because of the gloomy face,
I hold all the time
I Hate You.

I don’t wish you any good,
I don’t even think you deserve anything good,
I don’t with death,
But I wish you hell,
I Hate you to the extent of hating your friends too.

There is no word of forgiveness,
You can tell me to change my attitude,
I just wish I never see you again,
how I wish you hide whenever you see me.

My Hatred for you,
Is equivalent to that of Eve to the snake,
You didn’t look at my ambitions,
You looked at my sorrows and failures.
I really hate you.

MY FATHER

My father always by my side,
My father who decided my existence,
My father who ensured my goodness in my life,
My father who ensured wellbeing in my life.

What can I give my father?
He acres just like no one else,
Where I need rescue
He becomes a lion
When I need happiness,
He becomes as playful as a puppy

Is there anything that can reward a father,
Is there anything that deserves his love?
Is there anything that worth to be given to him
Think of cars, houses and other riches
Still they can’t reach his pay

But I got a payment to him,
I know what he deserves
Give him success in education,
Give him success in your life,
And he will be happy.
But above all pray for him.

Beauty In sight

look at the innocence
that portrays in your face
a clear definition of beauty
the beauty that you hold

Literary,
Nohing can be beyond
your beauty
Because beauty is not for everyone
But beauty is only for those
Who deserve it.

I have beauty in my sight.
and the beauty,
that I have is yours.
Your beauty in my sight.

MUMMY CALLS YOU BURDEN

Mummy says you don’t deserve living,
She says you are wicked,
She says you don’t anything good,
She has never said good about you,
She spits fire as far as you are concerned,
She you burden

She says the day she met you,
She wasted her life,
She spread doom on herself,
She says that after if all,
You ran away.

She says that she is trying to forget you,
But it is hard,
Because you introduced to the world of adults,
Don’t bother to say sorry,
Because mere seeing you makes her curse the day.

Please let her press her wounds,
Let her caress her wounds,
To heal,
Don’t add salt to her wounds,
Mummy Calls You Burden.

CRY,DEAR ONE

Cry,
To the skies
So that heaven can open
And the almighty touches you.

Cry,
So that your heart calms down
And relaxes
From that much trouble.

Cry,
So that you show your agony
And
How tearful your heart is.

Cry,
Without forgetting
That no one cares about your tears
And that stress will come back
When you are quite.

Cry, dear one,
But do not forget
To continue with what you have to do
Because unless you finish it
Tears won’t stop.
