Sin In Innocence

Moon hangs high and white coats the earth,
breathe in and out.
Frozen air in my lungs; his touch hurts.

Racing thoughts hurry in a blur.
Warm hands on my back,
then run up to my hair.

Hot lips press against my frozen face.
He kisses me; my first.
Now I know sin's taste.

"Do you trust me"?
No, but what will they think?
What do they see?

Pain in my pelvis;
hot breath in my face.
But this can't be it!

Regret in eyes;
pain in my heart.
On the bed, how I cried.

I wish for a second chance;
and pray to god to forgive my
first sin in Innocence.

Alcoholic's Suicide

He sits there with a beer in his hand…
With residue from his last line on his nose.
No lights on in the house,
Because he’s always home alone.

To drunk to get up he urinates on himself.
But he can still get another beer.
He sits down and starts to cry.
He wonders why his family isn’t here.

He’s hung up on the past.
Things that could have been…
But right now he sits alone,
And he’s slowly dying.

He doesn’t even care about his daughter.
Who tries to stop him from drinking.
She cries and begs him to stop.
She sees him slowly sinking.

Soon he’ll lose his family…
Or more likely he’ll die.
It’s truly difficult to watch…
My daddy kill himself one beer at a time.

Alone and Loveless

Wanting to have love,
Yet love always eludes me.
I see the lovers smile.
Tears roll down my cheek.
Knowing that I am alone,
Make the days seem much longer.

Hate-Filled Love

I hate your touch and your smile.
Wicked little creature.

I hate your blue eyes and brown hair.
Sinful hate filled liar.

I hate your voice and your scent.
Rotten two-timer.

I hate you everything you do for what you did.
But we loved and touched, smiled, talked and connected physically.

You lied about our moments spend,
you can't look me in the eyes.

You lead me on and stole my youth,
but don't have the nerve to speak to me now.

I hate your beauty and your thievery;
but loved the way you made me fill.

I hate that you now do the same to another girl;
your lies blind her.

I hate the diseases you carry;
love the infection you gave.

I love you and can't let go,
hate because I’m smarter than this.

I hate this poem because I think of you with every word...
Your eyes, your smile, your hair, your skin, and your kiss.

Most of all...

I love you for the time we had.
I hate you because you don't want me now.

Now what???

B Flat Scale

Secretly;
Not seen or felt.
A soft melody.

Gently;
picking up pace.
It sings to me.

Amazingly;
tells a tale.
Calm and sweetly.

Tenderly;
notes drift in and out.
Feelings emotionally.

Quietly;
It fades slowly away.
The final note ring.

No Strings

She's bitter, numb and cold.
Doesn't care who she leaves behind.
She doesn't attach to anyone or anything.
It'll just hurt her when they're gone.
Tomorrow she'll leave and never look back.
Regrets she doesn't have any.
She feels no remorse for what’s she's done.
In her eyes she's done nothing wrong.
No goodbyes for voyage a head.
She will stay for no one.
Like a lone ship with no ties.
Wonders without reason but to leave.
She hates the life she’s been given
So many people love her she doesn't care.
Machine programmed to feel nothing.
Feelings make you weak;
She doesn’t allow weakness
She's cruel and cold to keep you away.
Because if she doesn't care there will be no strings.

Legacy

Eternal greatness,
For his name to be revered.
The nature of man.

Poem #2

His hair is yellow.
His eyes sparkle baby blue.
Not my normal type.

Young, Sweet, Sincere- Love.

Really wish it was easy as I thought,
And no matter how I fought…
I stood back and watched fall apart.

Family life was too much to bear.
Especially when he wasn’t there,
I was consumed by hurt and despair.

We left all that together;
To find a place that was better…
And the only thing I left was a little blue letter.

With no plans and glassy eyes,
I left them with no goodbyes;
 And we disappeared in the sunrise.

Our future is blurry,
I wanted grow up in a hurry…
We left our safety for a place less sturdy.

With the scars I wear so well,
And all the low places that I fell.
All my stories I will tell.

With mistakes he made,
The games he played…
But I still stayed

Even though it’s not laid out in stone…
I am not afraid to go;
And wish I won’t be alone.

It’ll be okay if you’re alright
And we’re together day and night;
We’re young and know how to fight.

We’re not crazy,
Just lost in reality…
And just he completes me.

Young, sweet, sincere… love.

Breathe

Just breathe,
He's not worth your tears.
He took your innocence,
He broke your heart, you don't need him.
Let go.

Exhale--
Take a deep breathe.
Your heart will heal in time.
You deserve someone much better.
Not him.

Inhale,
It will hurt now;
Your heart will ache for now.
Heartbreak is such a painful thing.
Push through.
