Life

The Rocks,
the Grass,
the Water,
and the Trees.

The Birds,
the Lions,
the Fish,
and the Bees.

The Nights,
the Days,
the Months,
and the Years.

The Thoughts,
the Pleasures,
the Angers,
and the Fears.

The Mothers,
the Fathers,
the Daughters,
and the Sons.

The Memories,
the Love,
the Joys,
and the Puns.

To Live In the Woods

Oh how I yearn,
To see what this person sees.
Oh how yearn,
To sleep beneath the trees.
Oh how I yearn, to be that person.

Oh how I thirst,
For all those beautiful sights.
Oh how I thirst,
To see the stars on those cloud free nights.
Oh how I thirst, to live in the woods.

Poem 66

Born into a life of infinite fights,
Welcoming the days of peace,
Forever turning all the wrongs into rights,
Struggling to break this leash.

Curse my destiny,
My everlasting grief,
Searching for a grand epiphany,
A Being to be my Chief.

Alas, the omniscient eyes of the reflector,
Show me where the answers will be,
As taunting as a Jester,
I realize they all lie within me.

Poem #55

Twisting, Turning
Bleeding, Pussing
Life off Balance
Screaming, Cussing

Life you have a Dark Side
Shadowing your Light
But moments come of Glory
Time will heal the Night

Breathing, Sighing
Floating, Flying
Equal is the Beam

Holding, Striving
Pacing, Arriving
Patience shall show its Gleam.

Nightmarish Tale

He lurks and creeps,
He sees and seeks.
Predator is his name,
Hunting is his game.

He sees a girl sitting on a stool,
Without hesitation his mouth begins to drool.
He buys her a drink, and one for himself,
With a sinister smile he says, "Cheers to good health!"

She's flattered and lost,
Not knowing what's at cost.
She welcomes him with open arms,
Never seeing past his wicked charms.

For now she is persuaded,
Unknowing her life will be faded.
Her future is coming to an end,
No more wounds for her to mend.

With a quick gesture, she's in his car,
Then reassures her that he doesn't live too far.
His moves were swift like his pipe of lead,
Now darkness clouds her precious head.

In his world of pain and fear,
Only her screams shall she hear.
Tears run ramped down her face,
Praying for a way out of this hellacious place.

All her attempts of fights and screams,
Do nothing more than fulfill his dreams.
She prays it will be over soon,
Just a rape and home by noon.

But this will not, be a quick ordeal,
For it will be long before, she sees death's seal.
Hope for mercy, hope for light,
Know to herself, she has one last night.

Where is God, so called savior,
Unacceptable is his behavior.
Is this how her devotion be repaid,
Is this the way her life shall fade.

Now it is time to say farewell,
A chilling end to this brutal hell.
No more moments for her to cry,
No more tears for her to dry.

He will once again, hunt his prey,
She will never again, see the light of day.

Poem 72

Day in, day out.
We walk and walk.
Night in, night out.
We talk and talk.

Wondering if the other is real.
We think and think.
Hoping the other is real.
We pray and pray.

Technology controlling fate.
We wait and wait.
Communication grows weak.
We strive and strive.

Is this a dream?
We pinch and pinch.
Will it last forever?
We yearn and yearn.
