Soul

I am sometimes sad
As all is quiet
In a narrow span of eternity.
A soul yearning to be free
Though it is but a dream that I dreamed a thousand times.
Yet I have been carried away
And everything dims when I pass,
All this energy is as though it was nothing
But I remain as I am,a poet.
My canvas is the Mind!
An art that few comprehend,O if they only knew
Then they would sing like angels...
Laughter and not tears would feel their faces.
Is this not why we dream?
To transcend beyond time and space
Where only the inviable stuff
Awakens us,
Our soul evermore.

Alone

Are we so alone in time?
We always think alone
Whenever there is a presence:
Within this bright core
That enveloped
That re-developed
Displayed by a plethora of colors;
To hear and perceive I Am;
To be Real though sensitive:
To be All-That-Is;
It elates and thrills though we be alone.
There is but One mystery
That enchants the heart
Making the Mind wise
Existing as we once were
Like fallen snowflakes...
Like the sensation of a soft feather
Alone in another Reality...
In flight like a butterfly
I am alone.
