To My Husband

You've always been there for me
Right from the start.
Everything you do
Comes straight from the heart.

When I think of you
My heart fills with love.
And this feeling my dear
Is what life is made of.

You've given me passion, love,
And total bliss.
And all it took
Was just one kiss.

I knew from the moment
I first lay eyes on you
That a life without you in it
Would just never do.

I am honored that you chose me
To be your wedded wife,
And by your side I'll stay
For the rest of my life.

  I Love You

Baby I'M Sorry

We argued and argued.
I was so mad!
But once I calmed down
It wasn't that bad.

Baby, I'm sorry.
I hate when we fight.
We can't go to bed mad.
Not even one night.

Let's put this behind us
And start over new.
'Cause the one thing I'm sure of
Is the love I feel for you.

Best Friend's Love

Why do I love you?
Where should I begin?
It just might be
Because you're my best friend!

You're there when I need you,
And even when I don't.
You're always ready to listen
When others won't.

When I need a shoulder to cry on,
Your shoulder is always there.
I never have to wonder
Whether or not you care.

When I'm feeling down
All I have to do
Is pick up the phone
And call on you.

So, if you are wondering
Just what I'm thinking of,
It's you my friend
And a best friend's love!

Laughter

Laughter in friendship
That is the key.
It brings people together
Don't you agree?

You can laugh about anything
That's funny to you
Like the time that I laughed
At a tantrum you threw.

The main goal in life
Is to stay young at heart.
You can do this through laughter.
It is sort of an art.

Serious talks and crying
Are a part of friendship too.
You be there for me
And I'll be there for you.

Always remember
No matter what takes place:
A little bit of laughter
Can put a smile on your face.

Mommy's Little Babies

My sweet little darlings,
What can I say?
The sight of your smiling faces
Brightens my day.

I love you in the morning.
I love you at night.
I love you when you're bad,
And yes, even when you fight.

I watch you all play
And sometimes when you sleep.
These precious moments
In my heart I shall keep.

You are all growing up
And soon you'll move out.
The house will be so quiet
Without even one shout.

I'll think of you often
And when I do
I'll know how much I love
Every single one of you!
