Wash Away

The air outside has grown still again,
The leaves on the trees have all turned red,
The emptiness washes over me now,
the silence fills my head.

I sit here wondering what might have been,
Oh what we could have made,
had we seen it through til the end,
could we ever be saved?

Dreams of you, still fill my head.
Visions of your eyes, your lips, the things you said.
You tell me that its alright, and it'll all be ok.
Just before I wake up, and you wash away.

I got a picture in the mail today, oh it made me cry,
He's got your nose, and she's got my eyes,
I can see you're alright , maybe I'll be ok.
I wish I could wake up and wash it all away.

I never should have walked the road, I always chose to walk.
I never should have let you go, chosen not to talk,
I'm left here all alone now, left to start anew.
But I don't want to start again if it's not with you.

Walk

Faithfully;
a man treads his path;
he alone...

Fuse

Cold,
Power within,
Waiting to be released,
Pull the pin,
Count to five,
Throw away,
Power unleashed,
Cold.

Burn

As I lay here in bed, trying to scream but can't make a sound;
Coughing up remnants of my own seared flesh, I wonder;
Why did they do it? They said they were friends.
I told them to stop, begged on me knees;
Then there was a flick, the last thing I heard.
Before I saw red, and felt my flesh burn.
As I lay here in bed, trying to scream but can't make a sound;
I think to myself, just let me die.
Make the pain stop, just take my life;
I can't live this way, let today be my last.
As I lay here in bed, trying to scream but can't make a sound;

Breathless

Not a word will you speak.
Into my eager ear.
Can u make a sound?
Has your breath been stolen?
Or has a kiss been given?
Leave not for I will miss.
Every moment in your bliss.

Pebbles

A savior to all but myself, a lantern to light the path for others...Who will light my way, when
will the meaning of my words make sense in my mind? The rock that is my soul slowly
erodes battered by lonely waves on a starlit beach. Until there is nothing left but pebbles in
the sand....

Judgement Day

You wanna judge me? Well judge this,
 the flavor of the back of my fist!
 You wanna control my mind? Well control your tongue or agony is what you will find.
I'll break your face, I'll crush your soul, dont mess with me, I might lose control.
Unleash the rage from the page and let hell rain down on your hole.

Randomly Thought

When a new life begins, many come to an end, steps forward on a trecherous path of being,
sprites of luck light the way, yet impish chatter shoos them away, where is the light during
the darkest of nights, where is my shadow in the pale moonlight, if the sun doth rise in the
east, let my path head to the west; eternal summer.

Orbit

A coupling, a pairing, a duo, attracting opposites, the positive and the negative, the
alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. Cosmic attractition repeled by epic
forces unseen. Electrified walls surround true meaning.

Untitled

I try to embrace you and you walk away, I try to kiss your lips and you turn away, I can
hear your heart beat from it's little locked box, and I can hear your voice telling me to stop,
but where are we in a life without love? Alone and confused face down in a fog of our own
design. Let my sunshine break us from our prison. Our life's incarceration, where true
happiness is just on the other side of the wall.
