Wilting Flower

A life now is dying
In denial my saddened heart is not seeing
Accepting the fragile state of the one becoming distant
Fate could worsen in any instant
Hope has started crumbling
Can't speak correctly and words are stumbling
Their life like a flower bloomed with ease
Tragic the beauty has begun to cease
Feels so overwhelming to bare for me
Think carefully of the words to set free
They could be the last spoken
So talk with my heart open
I heavily cry sending a whimpering call
As watching the petals fall
Wished we'd share forever
Can only be declared as now never
Soon heaven will have to make room
For a new angel in bloom
You are the one I truly care for and I'm in chains
Binded by your love that still remains
No one could come to replace
I know I can always trace
A way to connect with any loved one inside
I'm sure in spirit you'll stay by my side
Initially everyone has the given power
To celebrate a beautiful life not a wilting flower
